It was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating
My opinion is when you book through a third-party website like Booking.com they do not give you the best room location. Normally at the end of a long hall overlooking a roof with all the AC units as a view.
Cleaning everyday. Elevators were quick. Comfy beds.
We had to change two rooms due to humidity.Old small bathrooms. We could hear through the doors between the rooms. Breakfast was average, slow service.
The Westchester Marriott was perfectly located to spend the night after a long day at the Bronx Zoo. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The only thing I missed was a continental breakfast. The prices were just too expensive for large family. Thankfully, we found a local diner.
The elevators worked. I was there for a wedding.
I didnt like they charged me extra $200 for a $500 stay (2 nights) . Should have been $50/day
