Room with facilities as a mini refrigerator and a large TV screen. The location is well served by small restaurants and easy access to public transportation (metro, bus), and is very close to shopping malls.
Breakfast is sorted, but it could be more varied in cakes, fruits, and fruit juices. Maybe a daily menu selection could be a differentiator.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstür, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten unglaublich bequem! Parkplatz direkt daneben, 25Euro pro Tag!
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The pool was also great and a lovely place to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Good quality hotel at a reasonable price. Stayed here last year and didn’t hesitate to come back. Choosing a standard room this time, it was spacious, cleaned daily, and provisioned with a safe and mini fridge. Bedding was changed mid-week, and towels daily. The room overlooks the car park and La Cerveceria Catalina restaurant, so not a great view but ok.
Staff are pleasant, though receptionists could make more effort to engage guests as they pass the desk - most tend to keep their heads down, staring intently at their computer screens.
The bar area is pretty dead in the evenings, with just the odd couple of people or family watching the football which seems to be permanently playing on the giant TV. A covered outdoor area adjacent to the bar is available to sit in, though I don’t think this is obvious to guests. It does seem to get the lights turned off at 11pm, regardless of whether anybody is still sat in there, when they stop serving at the bar!
The pool area is decent for a city hotel. The pool is raised some six or seven feet from the floor area, so if you have small children then you can’t watch them from your sunbed. Towels are self-served from the entrance to the pool area. The pool seems to be busier in the afternoons - maybe from 2pm. It’s generally pleasantly quiet but one gripe is that this year there have been a couple of days where guests have decided they would play their music loudly from bluetooth speakers rather than use headphones. One occasion was from a low room balcony overlooking the pool, the other from the pool area itself. It’s very inconsiderate of other users of a common area. Unfortunately, it was young English tourists showing the lack of etiquette and bringing the Ibiza vibe. There are no pool guards watching over this area, so anything goes. That said, there is a small hut from which drinks and snacks are now served by a couple of staff members, but they don’t walk the floor to check on guest needs or keep order.
We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were room only. There are plenty of places just minutes from the hotel to eat breakfast, lunch or evening meal though. The Nervión metro stop is literally a minutes walk from the hotel and then it’s three short stops into the heart of the city - to Puerta JereZ - where many other eateries can be found. The metro is cheap too - 5 days travel to and from the city for two people has cost €8 in total.
There’s a couple of large shopping centres five minutes walk from the hotel - the Nervión, with a Carrefour at the bottom of it, and then at the opposite end of the road there’s another which is more like a John Lewis store. The Sevilla football stadium is also located here.
All-in-all, a decent quality hotel which offers a good base from which to explore the city.
I had a very good stay at Hesperia Hotel Sevilla. The hotel was peaceful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Luckily we had bidet in one of our rooms but not all rooms have this.
The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices, although it would be great if the hotel could offer some halal options for Muslim guests.
We also enjoyed using the swimming pool. It was lovely and relaxing, although the pool could be a little deeper.
The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities surrounding the hotel, there were few halal places close by which was convenient making it easy to get around and enjoy Seville.
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would happily recommend Hesperia Hotel Sevilla. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Great hotel, a reasonably spacious room with terrace leading out to the pool area. Although very pretty inside, all very beige concrete around pool outside. I would have a few planters with easy to maintain succulents to add a bit of colour. Also the amazing big gym next door which is everything you could want in a gym costs 18 euros for a day pass. Surely the hotel could find this? Otherwise a lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff
Wonderful staff all round from reception staff, house keeping, bar and breakfast. They all made us feel extremely welcome.
The outside pool space is nice to have with loungers, umbrellas and a little drinks area selling smoothies etc.
Great location with shops, metro, tram and bus stops all within a minute or two walk.
We also highly recommend the bar next to the hotel selling delicious tapas.
We will definitely stay here again when back in Sevilla. Gracias

Le personnel n’était pas très courtois et manquait de réactivité. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment d’être dévisagés, comme si nous étions des intrus. Le personnel de l’accueil a commencé à nous parler en espagnol, puis a terminé en anglais, sans aucune raison apparente, ce qui était assez déroutant.
Aucune précision ne nous a été donnée concernant l’heure du check-out ni le tarif du parking. J’avais pourtant demandé explicitement le prix du parking, mais le personnel a évité de répondre à la question. Nous avons finalement payé 25 €, ce qui nous semble extrêmement cher compte tenu du fait que nous sommes restés de 16h environ jusqu’à 11h le lendemain.
