Estancia muy confortable.
Pros:

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable ,la cama era muy cómoda y amplia y no tuvimos ningún problema de ruidos. Además, el personal es muy agradable y siempre dispuesto. Está en una ubicación muy buena porque enfrente tienes la parada de Metro y la parada de autobuses y tranvía. Muy cerca de una zona comercial y bares. Lo que más me gustó es el paseo que tienes frente al hotel, todo lleno de vegetación y muy agradable sobre todo por la noche. También el salón, donde está el bar y una televisión enorme junto con un serie de sofás y sillones para descansar y echar la tarde hacen la estancia muy confortable. El entorno de la piscina con las hamacas está muy bien.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba bastante sucia. Que las ventanas de las habitaciones no tengan persianas es algo que no me gusta nada, para la gente como yo que nos despertamos con un hilillo de luz.

It is a comfortable and clean hotel, well located for Plaza da España. Pool was a bonus.
Pros:

It is a clean, comfortable hotel and the parking facility is welcome, although a discounted rate for guests would be appreciated. And we were the last car in the car park. Not sure what we would have done if there was no space. We should be able to reserve a space. Bar in the foyer was good. Not overpriced and friendly service.

Cons:

The reception staff were ok but they could have been a little more forthcoming with information about the hotel and the surrounding area. No wine glasses in the room.
