Great Location in Miami
Pros:

The best location in downtown Miami, a great view from the room, a hotel with several amenities, quick room service, totally recommended.

Cons:

The bed is fine but the pillows and the mattress could be improved

Great buffet
Pros:

We had a very nice experience at the Biscayne Bay hotel. The breakfast buffet was great and Aurea, our server, was amazing. Very helpful, always looking if we need anything at the table and very friendly. The hotel and restaurant was great the staff are very friendly and the rooms are big and cozy. The location is ideal if you are taking a cruise.

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish! The churrasco was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and made the entire evening even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Carlos for the exceptional service and hospitality. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. It’s rare to find service that elevates an already amazing meal, but Carlos did exactly that.

Everything about our visit exceeded expectations. Outstanding food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience! Carlos and Frank were my servers and they were phenomenal. I felt so hosted and welcomed. Constantly being checked on, I went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and we had an exceptional time. This was an amazing experience, I recommend you should go!

Our dining experience at the Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay Gold Coast restaurant was outstanding from start to finish.. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious, but what truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Aurea.

Aurea provided warm, attentive, and genuinely outstanding service.She anticipated our needs, made excellent recommendations, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire meal. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude turned a great dinner into a memorable experience.

If you’re dining at the Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay Gold Coast restaurant I highly recommend asking for Aurea. She is a true asset to the restaurant

Terrible management
Pros:

Bad service and terrible management. Final bill was not correct, was assured it would be corrected when we left but it was not. Tried to get them to correct it by contacting Marriott but was ignored after sending several emails.

My final folio was less than what they charged my CC. Instead of correcting it they sent me a new folio 2 weeks later with what they charged my CC. They only did that when I dispute the charge with CC company.
