Amazing stay!
Pros:

This hotel is awesome, and it is very spacious. Have several elevators. I liked that it was very close to the MCO airport. Pools were great and they were opened until late hours. Our room had a beautiful view and it was very comfortable. Having an empty minifridge in the bedroom was great because I could buy food and/or snacks for my son. Staff was very kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle from/to the airport was a plus.

Untidy ROOM, no air condition, rude staff, never stay again
Pros:

I would never stay again even if it’s offered free

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working so they sent us a fan. Despite my request, they didn’t offer a kettle. They even charged us even though it was mentioned at check-in that it wouldn’t be. They also charged double for parking when I asked. When I asked for an apology for the mistake they simply advised me without any apology. Room was untidy & it was not cleaned

מלון נהדר. קרוב לשדה.
משופץ בצורה יפה אגם מקסים סנאים שרצים בכל מקום בריכה נהדרת מסעדות טובות בית קפה נחמד.
הבנות בקבלה נעימות.
באופן כללי המלון נעים.

Cons:

הצק אאוט ב 12:00 והמנקה כבר ב 10:30 דפקה על הדלת והייתה לא נעימה.

Other than self parking everything else was wonderful.
Pros:

Very professional staff. Clean and comfortable room. Free breakfast

Cons:

Parking! Self parking was a little challenge. First it was very tight spot to go into parking area. Some guest were having problems getting the gate to open and the line was back up. Rows were dead end and it was hard to turn around if there were no open spots.

My stay was comfortable and everything was clean I appreciated that the most.
Pros:

My room was very clean. The receptionists were attentive and made my night go smooth upon arrival.
