We love this hotel! The location is perfect for spending the night before the cruise. The real shining star was Jakhia and Karlia at the front desk. They are truly the reason we love the Marriott product. They were approachable kind and very efficient in their job. We loved their positive attitude and attention to detail. They truly made us feel welcome and excited to begin our vacation!
We visited the hotel Concierge Room and found the most wonderful room attendant named AnThi. She worked very hard at making our experience wonderful with always keeping the food & beverage well stocked and made sure the tables were always clean. She also complimented me on my attempt on speaking Vietnamese with her!
Breakfast was wonderful, presentation and service even better. Thank you Anthi 😊

I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful service my son and I received during our one‑night stay at your beautiful, warm, and welcoming hotel. Everything from our arrival to our departure was excellent, and we could not fault a single thing.
We would also like to give special recognition to Anthi, who served us breakfast. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived after breakfast hours while she was tidying up. Her thoughtful assistance made a lasting impression, and we are truly grateful.
We look forward to returning and staying for a longer visit next time.

Wish there was a hot tub
I wanted to give a shout out to Deb at the Pool bar! She offers a big smile and phenomenal service. My mother and Iwere there with my nieces and nephew, and she took such great care of us!

Indoors swimming pool connected with outdoors swimming pool was a gem, especially during a rainy day!
The outdoor spaces are lovely, the lobby is big, spacious, full of spaces to work, rest or hang around, especially for transit travellers.

All the standards you would expect from Marriott as a mainstream upstream hotel brand.
Check in crew was polite but not really wanting to go the extra mile, they all speak very fast which might be difficult to follow for international travellers. No flexibility for a late check out (not even offering to pay for it) but on the other hand hotel seems to be empty. Nothing major or serious, though! Sound of slamming doors too strong, rippling in walls shaking from the bangs! In general, very good experience.

Her warm hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly attitude truly stood out.
