Good quality hotel with great rooms but in need of some TLC in and around the building.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was good, with good facilities and excellent, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The elevators were not working from my floor on two occasions, with the stair wells at opposite ends of the building requiring quite a detour. The smell from the cat litter tray in the room with the ice machine on the fourth floor was unpleasant and quite a surprise that it was even there. It begs the question why they’d keep a cat in the hotel!?

Horrible
Pros:

I really did not enjoy my stay at all. The TV is really outdated and overall not worth booking again for the price I paid. Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Muy buena atención del personal, nos dieron explicación detallada de cómo llegar a las playas, restaurantes y como conocer mejor la zona. La habitación muy limpia y tranquila, en la noche el servicio del bar fue excelente. No usamos el restaurante así que no podría opinar al respecto, pero en general excelente. Volveré a ir 😉

Best 3 days at a Hotel n a Long Time.!
Pros:

The Staff was incredible. From the Front office personnel to the Restaurant to the Clean up people.

Maybe it’s just the one room that has the crappy ac unit
Pros:

Clean and very pretty! Gym access.

Cons:

The AC unit didn’t cool much but the issues was how loud the unit was. We didn’t get much sleep. At 1am we called and the security guard was sent to look at the unit. He was able to get it to cool a bit more but the noise was just soooo bad! I reported to the front desk before leaving. Seemed un phased.

Aside from the poor first impression of the parking lot, front entrance, lobby restrooms, elevators, my room was modern,

My room was beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

•Lobby restroom was
1. A very long walk from the lobby
2. Outdated
3. Not clean and very mildewy
•Elevators were not clean
•Parking area was littered with trash in the bushes
•Front steps and walkway were in rough shape, chipped steps, very poor first impression
