لا أشجع على الإقامة في الماريوت للعائلات المحترمة ولا أشجع الشباب المهذب في الإقامة فيه إطلاقا

لم يعجبني لازدحامه الشديد بالشباب الخليجي الذي يهوى الكازينو والسهر وكان مزعجا وغير مريح للعائلات لذلك ألغيت حجزي فيه

Cons:

لم يعجبني أبدا الموظفين في الاستقبال لانهم مراوغين ويكذبون كثيرا ولا يكونون صريحين مع العميل في أمور كثيرة وخاصة موظف بو شنب الذي رفض أن يذكر لي اسمه

Loved the grandeur, charm and quiet location of the hotel next to the Nile. We enjoyed many of the hotel facilities, superb spa and gym. Lovely gardens and grounds. Many fantastic restaurants with array of cuisines. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

الأقامة في هذا الفندق ممتعة ولا تنسى رغم كل الملاحظات

في وقت الأقامة كان بخيمة ضيقة وأزعاج والتكييف غير مناسب لكن العذر كما يقولون أن فيه صيانة !!

Cons:

اجراءآت الدخول رقم الحجز المسبق والجيء في وقت الدخول أخذت ساعة ونصف من بعد الدفع ! بحجة الغرفة (مش قاهزه) عدد الذين في كونتر الأستقبال كثير رجال ونساء وحديث جانبي كثير مع الزبائن على حساب طابور من المنتظرين ! يتطلب الأمر تدريب كافي لأجراءآت الدخول والدفع فكثير ما يستشيرون بعضهم البعض ! لابد من التدريب ووضع بروتوكول لفريق الأستقبال في الحديث.

Cons:

Although all rooms are designated as non-smoking, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke during my stay.

The Saray Restaurant has a beautiful setting, but I believe the food quality could be improved to better match the prices.

I understand that Nile-view rooms are naturally exposed to more outside noise, but better soundproofing or higher noise-isolation windows would make a significant difference. It was difficult to take an afternoon nap and sometimes challenging to sleep at night.

Other than these points, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
