Es liegt super zentral und sehr nach am Rhein
Man kann sich mit seinen Anliegen über WhatsApp melden und kriegt prompt eine Nachricht. Super!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, und es gibt keine Parklätze. Das ist aber kein Problem. Es werden kostenlose Parkplätze im Umkreis aufgezeigt. Wir mussten ca 5 min zur Unterkunft laufen.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit besonderem Flair. Liegt super zentral in der Altstadt.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit besonderem Flair. Liegt super zentral in der Altstadt.
Der Betreiber ist sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück wird vom Betreiber selbst an den Tisch gereicht. Sehr liebevoll gemacht.
Zum Rhein sind es 300 Meter und ein Besuch am Weinstand rundet einen schönen Tag ab.
Mir hat es gefallen.

Great location, historic building and easy access to the lovely town of Eltville.
Pros:

Lovely location in the old marketplace. Easy walk to the river, shops and train station.

Cons:

Main tap in the bathroom sink reversed -turn for hot, you get cold water, and vice versa. Our stay coincided with the days reception was closed, so reception was unmanned until our departure- it's still nice to have contact with a human. We accessed our key through a secure box.

Zimmer in Ordnung, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Beschreibung bei booking.com ist unvollständig bzw. irreführend. Es gab bei Ankunft keine besetzte Rezeption, nur einen codierten Schlüsselkasten. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über booking und E-Mail und Whats-app. Die Infos dort habe ich eher zufällig und z.Tl. auch erst am Folgetag entdeckt (eine Nachricht gegen Mitternacht gesendet). Wenn man das im Vorfeld nicht weiß, funktioniert die Kommunikation über diese verschiedenen Kanäle nicht unbedingt reibungslos.
Es gibt auch im Hotel kein Restaurant, wie bei booking beschrieben. Im Haus selbst ist nur ein vom Hotel unabhängiges Café, das um 19 Uhr schließt. Zwar gibt es in fußläufiger Umgebung Restaurants, aber eben nicht im Hotel selbst. Den versteckten kleinen Innenhof zur Abstellung meines E-Bikes habe ich auch nur mit freundlicher Hilfe der Dame aus dem Bistro gefunden. Der Hof ist sehr beengt und zum Teil vollgestellt, es gibt auch keine Steckdose. Man hat nicht den Eindruck, dass da jemand für Radreisende Vorsorge getroffen hat.
Diese Umstände müsste man vor der Buchung wissen. Man kann dies Einschränkungen akzeptieren, wenn man es vor der Buchung weiß, auch wäre aufgrund der Gegebenheiten ein etwas reduzierter Preis angemessen.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Der Hotelier war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück gab es alles, was man braucht und es gab frisch zubereitetes Rührei.
