Don’t choose this hotel stay away

That it was close to everything

Cons:

Probably the Property didn’t tell us that they only have one working elevator. They didn’t have no spoons no forks, no plates and no extra towels because housekeeping was gone and the bed broke. The showerhead broke. Staff was not friendly at all. The day was horrible. I would never go back and I hope nobody goes there.

The room we were in was much smaller than the other rooms. But it was clean. Franny helped us out early in the day. She was awesome.

Perfect location
Pros:

Very close to Bayview, the view from the hotel was great, the second time at the hotel , Easy to get to the Cruise port.

Food and drink close and budget friendly.
Perfect for persons going on a cruise.

Carpet in room was dirty
Sink needed cleaning table tops needed to be wiped clean
Elevator is ridiculously small and wait time is horrendous. Please note im on 15th floor... stairs is not an option.
Booked bayside view and cudnt see the view property which was a waste of cost because of the wrapping on the building for football.
More seating downstairs is needed because of the wait time for Elevators.

Definitely Not What I Expected
Pros:

The scenery. It was in the vacinity of all the attractions and stores.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. There was hair on the bed and in the bath tub, the floor didn't looked vacuumed, the bed skirts had visible stains on them, it smelled bad. It was just not up to par. I was very disappointed.

Great location, right across the street from Bayfront where Fifa Fans Fest was taking place. The room was amazing big and clean . The hotel was decorated for FIFA WORLD CUP was amazing experience.

I was charged twice. The pictures on the hotel website is nothing like the actual hotel. The first room; the AC was broken. Chipped paint on the floor, no window! The 2nd room very small, bathroom was a mess, chipped paint in the tub & on the floor. Very small window facing a building thats being remodeled. Very noisy due to maintenance. No pool.

It was a nice place. I would stay again.
Pros:

It was close to shopping and eating. It was very close to the cruise ports as well.

Cons:

Nothing was included no shuttle service from airport or to the port. Everything was separate and you had to pay for everything separately.
