Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Istanbul and get around. The staff were also friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. We had to be moved twice because the first room only had one bed, which was not the room we had booked. The second room had a very small and uncomfortable bed, so we had to insist before we were finally given the correct room.

While we appreciated that the issue was eventually resolved, it was frustrating to have to go through this process after arriving at the hotel. We hope the hotel will pay more attention to room arrangements in the future, as this would have made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas propre et nous avons constaté la présence d’insectes dans les chambres. Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner manque de variété et de choix.

Sejurul a fost foarte placut, iar baietii de la receptie foarte prietenosi si serviabili.
Pros:

Locatia excelenta, la 5 min de tramvai sau metro. Micul dejun indestulator si suficeient de variat. Fata de anul 2023, micul restaurant de langa hotel s-a transformat intr-un fel de restaurant cu autoservire, cu mancare ieftina si foarte gustoasa. Mi-au placut la nebunie vinetele umplute.

Cons:

La baie, unel lucruri au inceput sa se invecheasca/uzeze, desi totul era functional.

В отеле были все удобства, было очень близко ко всем основным достопримечательности, близко к метро и автобусам, завтрак был на высоком уровне. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приятно было иметь дело с работниками. всем советую приехать и отдохнуть в этом отеле
