Excellent central hotel
Pros:

Great hotel in excellent central location for theatres.
Lovely staff, chatty & polite. Room ( twin ) was great, comfy beds & Linen, clean & good aircon. Bathroom was small but fine, clean & with soap, shower gel/ shampoo & conditioner. Tea etc in room.
Room was quiet.
We didn't eat or drink there.
Reception staff were great.
Felt safe in Room.

Cons:

Bathroom could've been bigger & our preference would be shower & no bath but the bath with shower was fine - heat & pressure all good.

Room was run down, bathroom small, not a great shower, lots of limescale with yellow stains, cracked grout
Breakfast had the bare minimum

Cons:

Dusche im Zimmer war defekt. Konnten zum Glück das Zimmer wechseln.
Sehr alte Teppiche in Gängen und Zimmer.
Grosse Getränkeanlieferung mitten durch den Frühstückraum während des Frühstücks!

Kamer was ruim en badkamer was OK

Cons:

Had een kamer met 2 aparte bedden gevraagd en dit was niet in orde. Hebben een uur moeten wachten voor dit in orde gebracht was.

Had a great stay will stay again. Staff were so very friendly, location was amazing could walk everywhere in central London. Breakfast was lovely. Room was spacious & bed so comfy x

The only little thing was the bathroom door handle was quite unstable but other thank that the hotel was great x
