L'emplacement exceptionnel, le personnel serviable et professionnel

Cons:

l'hôtel est vieillot, la moquette dans les couloirs et les chambres est vieille, l'éclairage des chambres est moyen voire très insuffisant dans la salle de bain, les fenêtres des chambres sont condamnées et les vitres sont très sales.
Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas!
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en variété et en qualité.

Pros:

situato sostanzialmente alle spalle della National Gallery, l'hotel è in posizione perfetta per raggiungere facilmente molti luoghi da visitare, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. In Trafalgar square passano molte linee di bus e la tube è molto vicina.
buono il comfort della camera e molto buona e ricca la colazione.
