La amabilidad del personal.
Los cuartos eran demasiado pequeños, sobre todo el baño era realmente enano incluyendo la ducha lo que resultaba muy incomodo ducharse.
The welcome at this small, well-located hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived I felt unobtrusively cared for - so important for a woman travelling alone. The room, although small, was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rue Mouffetard is a busy, lively area (and I was there on the night of a PSG vs Arsenal match!) but the hotel was like a quiet oasis of calm. Very highly recommended.

La ubicación es excelente. El trato del personal no podría ser más amable. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

Room was on the smaller side, not enough space for luggages. Shower design was causing water to spray on the bathroom floor.

We had such an amazing stay at the Apolonia hotel- from the first communication to the picking our suitcases- it was a perfect stay! We initially booked for two nights because the room we wanted was not available for another night but made additional booking once it cleared- but forgot to add that we were traveling with a child. But upon arrival, they made no problem, greeted us as familiar guests!
It can be intimidating to find a hotel in Paris when with a 3-year old, but the suite ( we booked a suite with a queen bed in the attic) was perfect! We were surprised by a heath wave in Paris, and our room was so welcoming with rooftop windows that could close all the way and perfect working air condition. Also, rarely do you find a bathroom with a spacious shower where you can peak at the roofs of Paris! All in all, it was an amazing stay, helped with wonderful staff ( shout out to Eduardo who ever spoke some Croatian and made us feel even more at home!) great pedestrian location with many restaurants around, clean and spacious room and great communication.

Location is very good. To the near bus station and metro . Staff very friendly
I stayed for 4 nights. Even though I asked for cleaning, they only took the trash I had left outside the room. I had collected the dirty towels and put them aside. They had put the clean towels on top of the dirty towels. I was shocked. They had not changed the bed sheets. They had not put new napkins for the toilet.

2 días consecutivos pusimos cartel para limpieza de la habitación y no fue hecha. Al 3es día reclamamos y la recepción se encargó de solucionar .
Estuvimos 3 días sin wifi por un problema en la zona. Entiendo que no es un problema del hotel pero no tuve el servicio
