Terrible staff and management help for guests. Dirty beds and the wrong room not the one that was advertised and they refused to give us clean sheets and after my boyfriend woke up with a really bad swollen face.
None the staff front desk lady was rude and very dismissive. Got no help when our reservation wasn’t correct on the hotels end and not clean sheets when I asked them twice for some and the room we didn’t want. Was told to speak to a manager in the morning to sort it out only to never have been able to speak to one.
The whole stay. They gave me a totally different room than advertised. Dirty beds and they refused to give me clean sheets. My boyfriend woke up from staying that one night with a really bad swollen face.
Great staff. They couldn't find my reservation but searched a good while they found it. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally good.

The front desk person could have been nice. He was irked that I booked the room through booking.com and he didn't give me the King bed room I had requested. He gave me a small 2 bed room. He didn't tell me any information about breakfast or where the elevators were.
The staff was wonderful.
I was greeted at the front desk by a precious lady named Terese, who had a bright smile and a kind voice. She was so helpful and patient with me, and then Gabe helped. Then Matthew took all my luggage up for me. Matthew was just so kind and polite. The stay was very nice. When I checked out, Marc at the front desk and Alyssa helped me; they were friendly and polite. They answered all my questions. I so appreciated all of your staff. Very professional and helpful. I give each of them a double thumbs-up! :)

The night staff who checked me in was not nice or sincere. He just said, "ID," with no greetings or small talk. He just took my ID, asked for the credit card, and gave me my room card thay was it. I was like geeze, ok.
The location. The property had problems.
They pump in perfume in the rooms. Our coverlet was stained and so were the sheets. They didn’t try to clean our room for 2 days when we finally asked for them to come please clean the room, they half cleaned it and left drinking glasses out and unclean and didn’t clean the bathroom. I’m t was weird because we were told they are understaffed but had conferences going. So management choices to have 1 conferences while knowing they are understaffed. We ordered drinks and were going to sit in the lobby area where they serve drinks. Despite spending $150
Between us for drinks, they told us we could not eat our food there with our drinks even though their bar menu was very limited.
