What an amazing hotel .. from the moment you walk into the lobby the attention by the staff is first class
We stayed last night and had booked a standard room ( which would have been amazing) however we were automatically upgraded to a signature suite by the lovely Prerna upon check in
Wow!! It was superb.. a fabulous selection of drinks and snack and everything in the room you would expect from a luxury hotel in Mayfair
Upon checkout after a wonderful stay we were helped by Sofi who again was so helpful and professional whilst remaining friendly
Thank you to all the staff that contributed to a fantastic stay.. we will be back

Great location (near the parks)
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights. Posh hotel and crowd. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast OK. I’ll guess that the price/quality is not fully on par. But then again, everything surrounding the hotel is incredibly priced.

Great staff and location. Very comfortable beds
Pros:

The staff were extraordinarily friendly and extremely helpful. I suppose you could say that they should be at a five star hotel but this wasn’t stuffy and whilst it was forMal, everything was done with a smile.

Cons:

We were comparing a show in the downstairs suite and then moving to the screening room to watch the World Cup final with the other people some of which require a lot of holder and there were quite a lot of stairs

Tesis çıkışta , önünüze 3 gün kalma isteğe bağlı verdiğiniz depozito dan direk düşerek bir hesap çıkarıyor. Yani 68 pound nedeni olarak dikkat etmesek , isteğe bağlı konfor bedeli tarzı birşey dediler . Dikkat etmek gerekiyor . Bahşiş vermek isterseniz zaten çıkarıp verebilirsiniz ama mecburi gibi hissettirip neden vermek zorundayım dediğinizde geri adım atarak yüzleri düşüyor ????

Booking den rezervasyon tapmıştım. 41mkare Aile odası almıştım ama 30mkare oda verdiler ve müdüre hanım başka seçenek olmadığını söyledi. Yine resepsiyondaki elemen elinden geleni yapıp başka bir oda değiştirdi . Moldova asıllı resepsiyonist hanıma teşekkür ederiz
