Pros:

location is perfect, breakfast very good, staff great, the room was as expected and quite roomy for two people.

Cons:

cleanliness in the room could be better. there was some dust in the closet and i found an underwear behind the chair :)

Great location, comfy beds, but poor customer service. So much friction, from a rude front of house staff member to poor
Pros:

I liked the general ambiance and the location was ideal. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the robes and slippers

Cons:

My check in experience was awful. The woman serving me was incredibly rude. It felt like she was looking down on me. There was also a fire alarm during our stay and staff didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on. It was a mess. I won’t be back!

Pros:

I absolutely love staying at The May Fair Hotel. The service is exceptional, the breakfast selection is fantastic, and the staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. A special mention goes to the Concierge team, particularly Jeremy, George, and Isaadeen, as well as the entire team who consistently go above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Every time I visit, I feel completely at home, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for both meetings and exploring London.

The May Fair Hotel truly combines outstanding service, a wonderful atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. I always look forward to staying here and would highly recommend it!

Pros:

Big rooms, polite staff, good location.

Cons:

Not many options for breakfast, very crowded front door with tacky cars, slow check in process, dark room, the hotel felt more like a four star and not five.
