Pros:

The room was clean and had all basic things

Cons:

The gym is under renovation and doesn’t work, the spa includes only massage (to be paid separately), the breakfast portions are pretty small. In the bathroom I was waiting for hot water for 5 min and it didn’t come. The receptionist offered me to wake me up for an early flight but when I came down for my check out, she said that she called me but maybe the phone doesn’t work. Etc etc

Great stay in Almaty!
Pros:

Friendly Staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast, location in town ok.

Мега рядом. Завтрак сытный и вкусный. Персонал приветливый. В целом все чисто и уютно

Cons:

В ванной забивается сток воды. Не настроены каналы в телевизоре, пришлось смотреть ЛЧ с телефона

Overall, the people working there were great, but the hotel itself had too many issues for us to really enjoy our stay
Pros:

On the positive side, the staff were genuinely nice, polite and understanding.

Cons:

Sadly, our stay was quite disappointing.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, the fridge in our room wasn’t working, and we ended up changing rooms because the soundproofing was really bad. You could hear pretty much everything around you.

The gym was also closed for renovation, even though it was supposed to be included.

The price is too high compared to the quality of the stay.
