Ho soggiornato presso SANA Capitol Hotel e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. L’hotel è tranquillo, curato e situato in una posizione strategica, perfetta per muoversi comodamente a Lisbona sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. La zona è silenziosa ma vicina al centro e alle principali attrazioni.

Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e ben arredate, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione: ottima, ricca e molto varia, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato e prodotti .
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e una posizione comoda per visitare Lisbona.

Porte del bagno pericolose e pesanti da aprire e fare attenzione a chiuderle

Convenient location
Pros:

The hotel is nice and conveniently located, not far from Marquês de Pombal Square in Lisbon. The rooms are pleasant, although not particularly spacious. Breakfast is adequate, with a good buffet selection of both savoury and sweet options.

Cons:

We booked a room with a shower only, but we were initially given a room with only a bathtub. When we asked to change, the staff did move us to another room, but it was smaller than the one originally assigned. If the hotel does not have enough rooms with shower-only bathrooms, this should be clearly specified on the website, including the correct room size for each option.

IT WAS OK - NOT VERY CHEAP COMPARING TO THE FACILITIES AND SERVICES PROVIDED.
Pros:

The staff was OK, although there was no much staff. The receiption staff helped to take my baggage to the room while check in and helped to carry to the car while check out.
Location is great - close to Marques de pombal square.
This hotel located behind the Epic Sana Hotel a 5 start hotel where the conferences are taking place. I was there in Epic Sana for 3 nights and shifted to this hotel for another 3 nights. The distance between both are just 1 street crossing only and both are same company. Due to this factor, they are always fully occupied.

Cons:

Breakfast was in minimum level continental breakfast.
Room was small and not sound proof. The noise from outside can listen to the room. But the area was not that much congested or crowded. Also the sound of water flowing - may be from other room can also hear in my room.
Complimentary water on 1st day only. after that we have to buy against payment. But good thing that there is a mini market in walking distance from where I bough enough water for me for whole my stay @ Euro 0.50 per small bottle & Euro 0.89 per 1.5L big bottle. While in the hotel it needs to pay for small E.1.50 & for big 4.50
Or else we have to drink the tap water.
