Pros:

Od prihoda z avtom v garažo, do sprejema na recepcijo, kjer je presenetil gospod (anglež), ki je tekoče govoril hrvaško in je vse steklo še uspešnejše (g. Bence).
Soba s pogledom na grad Budo.... fantastično vse od A do Ž.

Cons:

Vse je bilo top kot se tudi pričakuje od takšnega nivoja hotela

Great location. Room was ok but both the bathroom and the room probably need an update but they were clean and presentab

The location of the property was great.

Cons:

3 staff members were rude to us for various reasons and our friends during our stay. The hotel can be wonderful but if the staff are rude then it totally changes how you feel.

The view, location and restaurants make this a great choice!
Pros:

Fantastic location and view from our room, great restaurants and staff were friendly and helpful. We had difficulty booking our train tickets and the concierge spent a long time helping us. But he was successful!

Cons:

It is a bit dated and wear & tear is showing with chipped wood, scratches etc.

אילולא המקרה המאוד לא נעים שקרה לי במלון שאותו תיארתי ושהאיב מאוד על שהותי בו הייתי אומר שהיה טוב

ארוחת בוקר הייתה מצויינת, המיקום מעולה

Cons:

קרה לי מקרה מאוד לא לעניין: מנהל הקבלה קרא לי אליו ובשיחה איתי טען שכל המגבות וכל ריצפת חדר המקלחת היו מלוכלכים בצואה דבר שהיצריך שטיפה יסודית של החדר כולו וכל המגבות. הוא טען שיש לו תמונות מצולמות מהחדר ולבקשתי הראה לי תמונה אחת בלבד(!) של מגבת אחת בלבד!!! וקבע שעלי לשלם למלון תוספת של 20,000 בכסף הונגרי וכך אכן נעשה אבל ברצוני לואמר שהטענה הנ"ל הייתה מנופחת מעבר לכל פרופורציה ולחלוטין לא ייצגה את המקרה עצמו ומכאן גם הקנס שהושת עלי היה מוגזם ולא(!) תקין.
