- chambres au 19e étage
- vue
- chambre spacieuse
- bouteille d'eau tous les jours
- rideaux occultants
- emplacement
- grand lit très confortable
- lavabo assez grand pour poser les trousses de toilettes
- agence de location de voitures dans le hall (Avis + Budget)

- pas de douche, seulement une baignoire pas pratique du tout
- pas possible d'utiliser la douchette, seulement la douche de tête pas pratique du tout
- manque de fruits et jus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner
- mauvaises odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain
- certains clients avec enfants très bruyants à la réception ou au buffet du petit déjeuner
- personnel du petit déjeuner pas sympa sauf le jeune homme aux yeux bleus
- sol du buffet très collant
- jacuzzi en panne
