Cons:

Wer den Charme eines kommunistischen, geschichtsträchtigen Hotels mag, ist hier richtig.
Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt. Viele Dinge sind kaputt oder nicht zeitgemäß. Keine Steckdose im Bad für herkömmlichen Anschluß. Ich hatte den Wasserhahn von der Mischbatterie in der Hand beim Duschen, sodass nix mehr ging. Toilettendeckel ist kleiner als der Beckenrand, man sitzt quasi auf der Keramik.
Am Frühstücksbuffet klebt alles und die Servicemitarbeiterin ist genervt, weil man ein frisches Käsemesser erfragt. Kaffeevollautomat setzt permanent aus, weil irgendetwas nachgefüllt werden muss. 2 Kaffeevollautomaten für die Größe des Hotels sind viel zu wenig. Preis-Leistung stimmt gar nicht.

Cons:

Sehr alter Komplex mit altem Interieur und Möbel. Laut und einiges funktioniert nicht richtig. Frühstück eine Katastrophe. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung und den Zustand.

Great hotel! Stunning views! Welcoming staff!
Pros:

Brilliant location and one of the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in. The staff were warm and welcoming. The receptionist Antonia was exceptionally helpful; sorting out my restaurant reservations plus trip and taxi advice. The spa was well equipped and the view was incredible.
