It was the best stay in our holiday in Germany. Staff is super helpful and friendly, location is perfect, breakfast and facilities great.
There was a small noise from the railways the we could hear until like 11pm on weekdays. Our room was facing east side, I believe the rooms facing west side dont have this issue.

Kleine Mängel im Bad wurden sehr schnell einwandfrei behoben.
Wir hatten einen Tarif erwischt,bei dem wir das Pool extra zahlen mussten und haben es erst hinterher bemerkt.

All was good, the location and public transport were good and easy
We are stayed for 6 nights, the breakfast was the same with no change....very boring.

Mini bar contents take up the whole fridge space meaning you can’t chill your complimentary water bottles and have to drink luke warm water or buy some. Tap water is hard so you can’t wash your hair properly without leaving a residue, poor sleep quality on our final night could hear scraping and banging in the room above. Charging for use of the pool €10 euros per day is unacceptable especially since the water is cold and it’s busy with families. Charging €43 pp for a breakfast put us off as we only drink tea and eat cereal options so it’s really not worth the money. We ate out at cheaper hotel breakfasts on all 3 days of our stay. Just money making to the point where a normal family trip with my sons became unpleasant.
