Amazing stay
Pros:

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this great hotel , location wise , its perfect , service is top notch , breakfast is great with various choices , staff are friendly , rooms are spacious , all in all a great stay

Nydelig hotell- vi kommer tilbake!
Pros:

Fantastisk hotell- rent og pent. Nyoppusset rom- god plass! Vi storkoste oss- ligger veldig sentralt! Parkering i garasjen pluss.

Cons:

Rommet var nydelig men forstår ikke (når det hadde vært plass til større) hvorfor sovesofaer var så liten som den var.

Pros:

Die Bar und das Frühstück haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Besonders überzeugt hat mich außerdem die optimale Lage des Hotels, die letztlich ausschlaggebend für meine Entscheidung war, diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Cons:

Leider entsprach unser Zimmer in keiner Weise dem Preisniveau des Hotels. Im Badezimmer befand sich lediglich eine Badewanne mit Duschfunktion. Zudem waren sowohl die Regendusche als auch die Badewanne aufgrund einer aus der Wand gebrochenen Armatur zur Umstellung nicht nutzbar. Zwar bemühte sich der technische Service, den Defekt zu beheben, jedoch konnte das Problem bis zu unserer Abreise nicht behoben werden. Ein Angebot, in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln, erhielten wir erst am Freitagabend gegen 21:30 Uhr. Da wir uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits für die Nacht eingerichtet hatten, kam ein Zimmerwechsel für uns nicht mehr infrage. Als Ausgleich wurde uns schließlich lediglich ein Gutschein für einen Cocktail an der Bar angeboten. Angesichts des Zimmerpreises und des Anspruchs eines Fünf - Sterne -Hotels empfanden wir diese Form der Entschädigung als nicht angemessen.

Helt utroligt venligt personale og lækker morgenmad. Restauranten var også god.

Cons:

Sengen var for hård til min ryg og madrassen i sovesofaen kunne man mærke fjedrene.

Staff were absolutely friendly & very helpful. Everything was clean, the Location was perfect & great atmosphere.

Convenient location, great breakfast and front of house staff very attentive and friendly.
Pros:

Great location. 10minute walk to train was convenient. Good gym set up. The staff at breakfast and reception were excellent.

Cons:

Room cleaning was below average. During our 5 night stay, the bins were only cleared 2 times, hot chocolate sachets and bathroom amenities not refilled.
Ridiculous having to pay EUR10 for a bucket of ice!!!!

Sengen (sovesofa) til to børn 9 og 11 år var dels meget lille og i en dårlig kvalitet.

Derudover fremgik det ik ved bestilling at det kostede dagspris for at benytte pool.
