Precio alto pero calidad acorde

Excelente ubicación, excelentes habitaciones y servicios, coincide perfectamente en calidad precio el personal era muy atento y esta muy bien ubicado respecto a la estación de Shinjuku

A short stay in Shinjuku
Pros:

The location was perfect, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The room is bigger than expected, comfy beds & modern. Good view of the city. The airport limo bus departs from this hotel & was very handy to get to Haneda airport.

Cons:

Nothing as it was just a one night stay in Shinjuku before our trip home.

Beautiful hotel with great service in a central location in Shinjuku
Pros:

Great location, easy to get taxi, the club lounge was beautiful for breakfast, the concierge was very helpful, there is a 7-11 in the building as well as tons of food options.

Cons:

There are not nearly enough elevators at this hotel. We found ourselves consistently waiting 5+ mins every time and at times the elevator would arrive fully packed.

Einfach das perfekte Hotel zum Abschluss einer wunderbaren Reise.
Pros:

Uns hat es super gefallen, auch wenn das Hotel natürlich unglaublich groß ist. Es ist von großen Bürogebäuden umgeben, daher sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wir hatten Premium Grand. Das macht sicherlich einen Unterschied. Die Lounge in der 45. Etage ist unglaublich.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen, weil wir eben nicht direkt im Trubel sein wollten.
