Good but misleading information on room type

Cons:

It was advertised as 3 beds but actually the third one was extra. We wouldn’t have stayed here knowing that.

Fabulous stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Location excellent. Very good breakfast and staff very helpful

Great hotel well located but cold and impersonal and the customer service is awful
Pros:

Close to the Shinjuku station. Our room on the 19th floor has good views. Room was spacious by Japanese standards. A great lounge where you can get a good view of that part of Tokyo and get a coffee. Good comfortable rooms

Cons:

The only place in Japan where we had bad Customer Service. The consiege was shocking they would not help us book a restaurant and the person who called himself a manager was rude and unhelpful.

Just a bigger hotel to stay near Shinjuku area.
Pros:

It’s a big hotel ….rooms are big too

Cons:

Check in staffs are not friendly.
Most of the staffs are Keio plaza aren’t that friendly and helpful even though I have stayed there many times. But staffs attitudes never changed.

Incredible experience, one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Tokyo.
Pros:

Glass Court is the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced! The curry is my favorite.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find the 2 laundry rooms available. But, when I did, it was seamless and easy to use.

Non digne d’un 3, 4 ou 5 étoiles. Honteux !
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien. La literie est de qualité. Le reste est nul.

Cons:

Les chambres du bâtiment Sud n’ont pas été rénovées. La moquette est usée et tachée.
Il n’y a pas d’accueil digne de ce nom.
Les odeurs dans le bâtiment Sud sont persistantes.
Il n’y a pas de signalétique dans l’hôtel pour orienter les sorties à prendre.
Nous étions livrés à nous mêmes car le personnel ne parle pas anglais et très peu enclin à nous aider.
Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours.
Un purificateur d’air est rajouté dans les chambres sans mode d’emploi en anglais.
La télévision n’a pas de chaîne internationale et ne peut se connecter à Netflix ou autres opérateurs.
Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées.
L’accueil n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles.
Tout cela pour un prix exorbitant !

Outstanding Stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo
Pros:

What truly sets this hotel apart is its excellent location in the heart of Shinjuku. Being just a short walk from Shinjuku Station made it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo, while countless shops, restaurants, and attractions were right at our doorstep.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and amenities that make the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is well-maintained, and the hotel successfully combines Japanese hospitality with modern comfort.

A special mention goes to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

The rooms were another major highlight. They are spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were excellent, and the room provided a relaxing retreat after long days of sightseeing.

Overall, Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo exceeded our expectations in every way. With its prime location, excellent facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff, it is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Tokyo. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
