Pros:

Все понравилось: отличное расположение, все рядом и метро и магазины. Завтрак порадовал. Номер не большой, но уютный. Вид из окна был шикарный на здание мэрии. Очень удобно, что супермаркет прямо в отеле. Также ужинали в ресторане внизу, было очень вкусно

Konumu oldukça iyiydi ve yanıbaşında iki tane metro istasyonu vardı.

4 kişi aynı odada kalmamıza rağmen genişlik açısından hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Oda temizliği çok iyiydi.

Personeli çok kibar ve yardımseverdi.

Otelin hemen altında bir 7/11 Market olması da bonus gibi oldu.

We hadden een zeer mooie kamer met club lounge toegang. Het eten op de club lounge en het uitzicht waren fantastisch. Er is ook een aangenaam zwembad .

Impeccable service
Pros:

We cannot fault this hotel at all. The service was impeccable from start to finish. We are so glad we decided to pay the extra for a premiere grand room. The room we stayed in was very large and had a walk in shower as well as other luxurious items. It also had a great view! A big perk was that we had free exclusive access to the premiere grand lounge where breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks (enough for dinner) was included each day. We also received a complimentary tea ceremony in their dedicated room for this, where we learned about Japanese culture and also had the opportunity to make our own matcha. We paid through using Expedia and booked quite a few months in advance so we personally think we got a really good deal. We did go more luxury due to it being our honeymoon and were so pleased we did! We were so pleased we chose this hotel and staff could not have made use feel more welcome.

Cons:

No había ningún sitio para dejar la toalla una vez que B la habías usado y eso que ponía que solo lavaban las sábanas y las toallas en el caso que especificases. Que el lounge al que teníamos derecho dejaba de dar bebidas alcohólicas y comida a partir de las 7:30 pm.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

We stayed at Keio Plaza for 5 nights prior to joining a cruise.
On arrival we were dealt with speedily in a friendly and professional manner by Bao.
We had booked a double room with king size bed, and requested a walk in shower and high floor if available.
We were allocated a room on 32nd floor, which unfortunately did not have a walk in shower.
Bao quickly allocated us a room on 12th floor that did have a shower.
Bao had a sense of humour and is an asset to the hotel’s front desk.
This was fortunate, as on the second night there was an earthquake near Tokyo which caused the building to shake, which was very disconcerting. The shaking would have been more pronounced on the higher floors!
The room was in the main tower, was compact, but clean and very comfortable. The shower was excellent with good pressure.
The room had been recently refurbished.
House keeping was very good, providing extra towels and coffee when requested.
