Peaceful and Pleasant
Pros:

I loved the location the food was really great. The staff was wonderful. That Concierge Mark he is just wonderful at checkout he went over each of my charges and gave me a receipt a lot of the reviews said that those who booked third party had issues here that was not the case for us. The valet was kind and patient and informative. We had breakfast but at check in the gratuity was explained and at the breakfast buffet our waitress explained the bill so I was happy that all chargers were explained and everything was well. We normally stay at The Drury only when in New Orleans but would stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms need to be upgraded and we had a balcony room they have different locks and they get stuck we had a engineer come show us it was no biggie it got stuck a few times we were able to open it

Facilities are great but the suite needs to be updated.
Cons:

I had the king suite. The bedroom portion was great and very comfortable however, the sitting area felt like antique furnishings. The sofa has lived its life and needs replacing and the carpet wasn’t really clean. Other than that, the stay was great.

Enjoyable stay in New Orleans
Pros:

Great location walkable to most popular places, Bourbon Street, Royal Street, Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter. Lovely bar and restaurant with great food / selection. Very good breakfast too.

Cons:

Parking fairly expensive.
