The room was very nice and spacious. The balcony was a plus. The snacks and drinks that were already there were great. The space outside the actual bathroom was great.
The covers on the bed were a little thin. The snacks and drinks provided with the room were kind of over priced.
Everything as normal
I had no complaints
our first breakfast was out standing delicious.
beds are much too high.
The staff and facility was wonderful
Justina at the front desk was amazing. She helped me with my bill. Answered our questions about where to eat and how to get about the city.

Excellent location, the pool and the gym
Everything was excellent .Clean ,great staff
We stayed at the Intercontinental July 7th, the staff went Above & Beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The Front Desk even made our puppies comfortable. Thank So Much for all your hospitality.
This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff and service were excellent and very attentive. It was walking distance to Bourbon Street and Canal Street. Daisy Dukes was our breakfast of choice and it is steps away from the hotel. I will definitely book here again on my next trip.

NA
The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. TWO in hotel restaurants. Good location. Concierge service. Loved the place!
Our stay at Intercontinental Hotel in New Orleans on St. Charles Street was one of the most enjoyable stays that I have experienced. It was the Essence Festival weekend & the activities were not as expected due to long lines. So, most of our time was spent in the hotel. And it was comfortable & very quiet. The hallways were not congested, the elevators were not long to wait for, the balcony was private & the food was great! As long as this hotel is there, it will be my only place to stay. I’ve picked this place because I’ve stayed at the intercontinental in New York & it was a great stay, as well.
