Lage top, zimmer geräumig, personal sehr freundlich, im eg scheint der frühere glanz noch durch, frühstück ganz nett, betten bequem

Cuando llegaban a hacer la limpieza el baño ni lo barrían, sólo acomodaban la cama y sacaban la basura
No me gustó que como dividieron el hotel solamente hay un ascensor para subir y bajar ese montón de pisos y se duraba demasiado esperando. Esta vez no salí tan feliz

Das Bar am Abend war keine gute Erfahrung. Trotz weniger Gäste dauerte es eine Ewigkeit bis man nach seinen Wünschen gefragt wurde. Dann dauerte es wieder ewig. Die Snacks sind auch nur durchschnittlich.

Everything was ok, but not for the level of 5star hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast is very nice, it had a very decent service.

Cons:

In our room the windows were very dirty and you could feel that most of the furniture have some years to them. Also it says free shuttle on the booking, where it is extra charged.
