La ubicación no es buena
Me sentí insegura porque al bajar el ascensor desde la habitación hay una puerta que da directamente a la calle sin vigilancia sin seguridad sin nadie del personal que se fije cuando la persona entra y sale del hotel

La excelente atención del personal a cargo, muy atentos y preocupados por los huéspedes, y la calidad de los desayunos, aunque ésta ha disminuido respecto a 6 o 7 años atrás que era EXTRA Sobresaliente
La incomodidad de disponer de un solo ascensor existiendo más de 6 fuera de uso producto de las remodelaciones en proceso.( Sheraton Four season. )
La atención del personal del desayuno es poco profesional pues en los 16 días que estuvimos nunca la mesa tenia cuchara para el te o cafe !!!
Poca variedad de Pan ( se acaba muy rápido) ( mala frecuencia de reposición de los productos que se acaban )
Las toallas del baño son muy pequeñas, viejas, y muy duras, al punto que dañan la piel, parecen papel Lija !!!
LA TV de Direc.TV tiene una programación básica con muy pocos canales disponibles pues el 50% de ellos dice " sin señal "
