I was very disappointed with my stay. At no point before my arrival was I informed that the hotel was undergoing construction. I was assigned a room on a floor where the renovation noise was extremely disruptive, starting early in the morning and continuing throughout the day. For the price I paid for this stay, I don’t believe this was fair. Guests should be notified in advance about ongoing construction and, whenever possible, be accommodated in a quieter area of the hotel.
