The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The food was delicious, with excellent quality and a great variety of options.

The staff were exceptional in every area of the hotel, including the restaurant, pool, housekeeping, and room service. Everyone was polite, professional, understanding, and always willing to help in any way possible. Their kindness and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable.

The views are beautiful and create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.

We also had a great experience at Bourj Al Hamam restaurant. The food was excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented

I had a very comfortable stay their service and hospitality is exceptional. Just one thing which was about the mini bar
Pros:

It was very clean and as expected

Cons:

the mini bar is extremely expensive which just for few chocolates ( kitkat, bounty and nuts) and juices ( orange and apple) which are not more than 10$ I ended up paying 56 JOD which is 78$. Feels like a scam.

Disappointing I am used a to better experience at the intercontinental
Pros:

It is in a good location surrounded by restaurant areas and facilities

Cons:

The room was not clean as I would expect from the Inter. Also the shower was old and the tyling needs change gives an unclean feeling
The breakfast is overpriced and did not seem fresh
