Pros:

I was very delighted from the staff, they were very kind especially majeda she made her best to pleased us.

Cons:

The most important thing for us ever is how much the room is clean and unfortunately the room wasn’t clean at all.
The carpet was dirty full of hair. The bathroom also was not clean there were signs of old shavings there.
And after our complaint the room wasn’t cleaned up as we we was expecting

It was perfect . The staff , the room the reception and the welcoming

The location was good , but it made it so perfect . Th reem Shawarma shop beside the hotel , do not miss it
