لم يتم استلام الغرفة المحجوزة عبر موقع Booking سوبر كينج مطلة على المسبح
بل كانت connected Room مطلة على مستودع الفندق. لا يوجد سجادة صلاة فرشاة اسنان ولا معجون اسنان الحمام بحاجة الى تنظيف اكثر خصوصا في الزوايا لوجود عفن اسود الثلاجة لا تعمل و قديمة جدا بحاجة الى تركيز في موضوع النظافة العامة للفندق وجودة الطعام ،بصراحة لن افكر بأن اعيد التجربة مرة اخرى.

The level of hospitality at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and seemed unfamiliar with even the basic standards of the hospitality industry.

One of the most concerning issues was the complete disregard for guest privacy. Any reputable hotel—whether 1-star or 5-star—should protect its guests' personal information. However, at this hotel, it appeared that anyone could approach the reception, claim to be someone else, and obtain guest information without the staff verifying their identity or even asking why they were requesting it. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable.

In addition, the hotel provided inaccurate information about my reservation, including the number of nights booked, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Pros:

Comfy beds, great pool, spa facilities. You have almost everything you need here for a relaxing vacation. What i liked the most is the staff and their welcoming and readiness foe help when they can.
