I enjoyed my trip and connecting with a friends
Pros:

The location of the hotel, Nashat (the reception) and Moataz the Concierge

Cons:

I wanted to share some honest feedback from my recent stay, as a few things fell short of what I’d expect.
At reception, Dana was slow to respond even she was not cooperative to offer a bed and breakfast despite it's not my first visit to the hotel. while the other receptionist in the next day did that for a free. The overall service felt underwhelming. The room itself was not so clean, smaller than expected, and basic items like a toothbrush, towel, and water weren’t provided for two guests as booked, I had to ask for each one, including a non-smoking room, which should have been set from the booking. I also found myself in a connecting family room, despite booking as a single adult traveling alone.
Breakfast options were limited and no pan cake or waffle for example was available, and the bathroom had no hand-held bidet spray, even though the ones in the lobby did! a small but noticeable inconsistency. A shoehorn was also missing from the room, and staff didn’t seem to know what it was when I asked. Getting around the property was also a challenge, with no lift from the basement parking, and none leading to the pool or gym.
I’m sharing this constructively; in the hope it helps improve things for future guests.
