Best hotel for the cost.
Pros:

This was one of the nicest rooms we have had in a long time. Appreciate the fact that the room was designed to think about comfort, safety and convenience.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, but that is a preference thing so not going to rank it lower for that.

I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next Madison stay
Pros:

It was centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do. The free breakfast was excellent every morning, always hot and fresh. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

High Pet Fee
Pros:

Very nice motel, but when booking, I asked what the pet fee was. They wouldn’t give it to me, telling me that it would be added when we checked in. We brought our new kitten. Was shocked that it was $75. Outrageous!

The bed could have been better. And the carpet outside the elevator on our floor got really dirty on the busy weekend.

Beds are always comfortable

Cons:

Rooms were small and difficult to move around d without bumping into each other.

The chlorine in the hot tub was WAY too high. Every person who tried to use it (8 when we were there) complained and no one could stay longer than a couple of minutes. Our eyes were burning.
