Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple guests repeatedly praised cleanliness ('very clean', 'everything was clean'), though a few reports noted specific issues (dirty bathroom, hairpins, opened items in fridge) that slightly reduce a perfect score.
Service
9.4
Staff repeatedly described as pleasant, helpful and friendly; several named positive front-desk interactions and smooth, prompt check-in experiences.
Location
9.1
Many mentions of convenient positioning (close to airport, easy off freeway, centrally located), making it desirable for travel and business; strong positive sentiment overall.
Room Quality
8.2
Mixed reports: several guests found rooms comfortable and some spacious, but recurring comments about small rooms, hard beds, and one report of a leaking fridge and other maintenance issues lower this score.
Amenities
9
Breakfast and basic on-site amenities (small shop, breakfast offerings) received consistently positive comments; minor notes about limited seating at breakfast area.
Value for Money
8
Generally seen as good value during weekdays, but multiple comments about being overpriced on weekends, surprise charges (notably a high $75 pet fee) and some complaints about second-night pricing.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent, hot and fresh; isolated operational issues (ran out of coffee / understaffed breakfast) are minor compared with overall strong praise.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment is positive with many guests saying they'd stay again and praising cleanliness, staff and breakfast; isolated negative stays exist but do not dominate the overall impression.

Won’t stay again.
Pros:

Main areas were clean.

Cons:

Room was terrible. Bed was hard. Room had opened water bottle in fridge, hairpins on entertainment center, hooks in the wall (covered by a curtain) for closet, bathroom was dirty and opened into beds with an automatic light that flooded the room every time you passed through the doorway into the bathroom. Refrigerator leaked water onto anything you put in it. Overall, pretty bad experience even though it had a very good rating and was fairly expensive.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable to stay. Close to the airport, good for an early morning flight.

Cons:

Nice to have a small shop to buy some snacks or water/beer, a little bit overcharged.
