Inspired interior design, excellent room features. The hotel is located in a quiet area of, near the botanical gardens.

As I’d been staying there for five nights, the breakfast was pretty much the same for me, but it was tasty. There were only two baskets of dim sum: one basket of green buns, which was the same every day, and another basket alternating between prawn dumplings and siu mai. It would have been fine, but having eaten the same breakfast for five days in a row, I’d got a bit fed up with the lack of choice.

I rarely write reviews, but the Conrad Singapore Orchard left me with absolutely no choice. This hotel deserves every word.
From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone for our entire stay. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every turn, they made us feel like the only guests in the building. Service of this calibre is increasingly rare, and the Conrad wears it effortlessly.
Our room was immaculate, spotlessly clean with an elegance that felt considered rather than showy. Every amenity you could possibly think of was there, and then some. The attention to detail was remarkable; nothing had been overlooked.
The location on Orchard Road is simply perfect. You are at the heart of Singapore, with world-class shopping, dining, and transport all within easy reach, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene retreat from the buzz outside.
Breakfast was a genuine highlight. The variety was extraordinary, the quality uncompromising. Clearly no shortcuts are taken here. Every dish reflected a commitment to excellence that carried through everything the Conrad does.
The Executive Lounge was a lovely touch, with exceptional drinks, beautiful food, and that same impeccable service woven throughout.
And then there is Manhattan. If you visit and skip Manhattan, you are doing yourself a disservice. The cocktail craftsmanship is extraordinary and watching the bartenders work is an art form in itself. We went on a Thursday evening when live jazz filled the room, and it was simply magical. An experience I would return to Singapore for alone.
What truly moved us was how the hotel celebrated our wedding anniversary. The team went so far above and beyond, with beautiful decorations and a stunning cake awaiting us. It was one of those moments you don't forget.
The Conrad Singapore Orchard is quality in every single thing it does. Do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed. You will be delighted.

Clean and wonderful atmosphere with music.
Restaurants are excellent, Michelin starred.
One duty manager was horrible. And did not respect the guest. He was out of line and very unpleasant and unprofessional.
Ariana who was the manager was very helpful from the time we arrived to our departure. She made our stay very smooth and enjoyable especially fir a family of 10.
Breakfast had a wonderful spread if international and local flavors delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again had a very positive experience. The staff are excellent—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any request.
The location is excellent, right next to a main shopping street, which makes it very convenient for both shopping and exploring the area.
The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. We also appreciated the quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Breakfasts were very good, with a nice selection and consistent quality.
Overall, a reliable and pleasant place to stay—we would gladly return again.
