I prob won’t be coming back. For how much I paid a night wasn’t worth it for me.

My pillow case was dirty, we didn’t get a updated tv it wasn’t a smart tv and couldn’t even watch any shows we wanted to watch. Also wasn’t fully told that we will be charged for parking even tho we are staying inside that hotel location. Also there was no way to keep my drinks cold no refrigerator in the unit

Everyone should stay there just once and you’ll probably want to return every time you’re in SF
Pros:

Amazing delicious breakfast, wonderful staff, fabulous location. The body wash and lotion so special that I bought some. Very clean and luxurious.
Looking forward to staying there again.

Cons:

The bed was a little softer than I like. But everything else was so wonderful that it just didn’t matter.

Great hotel in a lovely spot
Pros:

Great hotel in a fantastic spot, is currently undergoing renovations but this was not a substantial disruption to my stay.

Room was lovely and staff were excellent. No complaints from me.

Disappointing
Pros:

Just the view from the top.
The food at Top of the mark was good.

Cons:

Everything, hotel is old and needs renovation. The first room we checked in was horrible, windy, noisy, very tiny bathroom. No amenities, no refrigerator or coffee machine. We had to ask for extra towels.
