Beautiful hotel & friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed in Geneva for one night using a voucher and would first like to thank the hotel for still making our reservation possible, even though we booked only about a week in advance for a busy weekend.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The lobby area is beautiful, bright and elegant, and the staff at the entrance kindly guided us to reception right away.

Our check-in with Richard was excellent. He was professional, friendly and very attentive, making sure we had all the information we needed and even personally accompanying us to our room.

Later that evening, Yael and Romain at the concierge desk recommended a Lebanese restaurant for dinner, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. Thank you again for the fantastic recommendation!

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh options, and we especially loved the warm oriental dishes, which were such a pleasant surprise. The freshly prepared hot breakfast dishes from the menu were also excellent.

Our check-out with Michelle was quick, smooth and very friendly.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful service and hospitality.
