Beautiful luxury hotel with great location with a very busy lobby.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with bit more traffic when compared with other luxury hotels like the Savoy or Biltmore. The standard kings and junior suites all have tiny bathrooms. Alex the front desk manager was very attentive and quickly responded with our upgrade request. He was terrific and so we're the doorman and valet team. The front desk team were a little in responding and after days of many emails not prepared for our early check in. In all fairness, this was a busy weekend. Hyde Park music fest, Wimbledon, marathon and World Cup were all happening. Great location and this luxury property seemed to cater to families. There were young children in the bar w of the 4 nights of our stay.

Really iconic hotel. Everyone in London knows it. Excellent location. High standard hospitality, great breakfast, modern fitness room. Personnel is professional and friendly. Everything was great. Highly recommended.
