Brilliant. Lovely staff made it really special. They had left a card and chocolate in the room as it was a special evening along with a note. First class service and a lovely experience.

Luxury with heart and soul!
Pros:

My wife, who is IHG Diamond Ambassador had a recent stay here with our son. They told me that it was incredible but… I was not prepared!
My wife was recognised instantly (from recent stay) and we restated our desire to be addressed by first names, this was of course respected. As it’s our ruby anniversary this year, we’re having a few “treats” I wouldn’t have traded our stay here…

Upon arrival, we were taken up to club lounge: the most incredible place, I was to discover, the benefits are more than plentiful: little wonder it’s said to be the best club lounge in the area, and it’s a wide area! Food etc wonderful and what a great opportunity to
enjoy meeting other guests, observing the marvels of the local area, via panoramic views. Definitely enhances a stay! Huge thanks in particular to Luis Eduardo but entire team 👏

When we arrived at our suite, the spectacular scene that awaited was genuinely just so thoughtful and quite frankly stunning: a hand written card, signed by the GM (who must be incredibly busy ) along with flowers and other gifts- massive thanks 🙏 the suite absolutely sumptuous, beautifully panelled and every thing so thoughtfully arranged- calming and just so spacious. Many thanks to Akarke, from housekeeping, for her attention to detail
and warm disposition.

Receptionists Melissa, Fiona and all colleagues totally brilliant! Nothing they won’t assist with and we are most grateful!

The concierge team here such accomplished professionals- all helpful and Julian in particular, assisted with dinner reservations. All great guys!

We love mocktails and enjoyed these in the bar. Many thanks to Alex for delivering them with a smile.

I literally could write so much more…The Spar experiences wonderful. Both Ranya and Nadelaise treated my wife and myself to relaxing Spa treatments. I own it’s not something I’d usually embrace but fantastic to tackle tension in muscles etc! The manager is really knowledgeable and we met many happy guests.

I am just blown away by this hotel. My wife wasn’t overstating the excellence of this iconic hotel. As she tends to get along with pretty much everybody, and makes connections easily, we’re used to being treated like family in many locations. We do travel a lot but this place? If you want a warm, approachable but highly proficient team- who will absolutely take their cue for level of formality (not respect, that’s there as a given!) from the guest in terms of whether you like to chat (my wife really does! To be fair, not while team busy 😂)

Really, a privilege to stay! Not a negative observation to report! Just pure perfection!

The Italian restaurant (Theo Randall) will be reviewed separately…

Excellent hotel
Pros:

My husband and I just returned from a 3-night stay at the Intercontinental London Park Lane, and there’s no doubt that we will be returning the next time we’re in London. From start to finish, every aspect of our stay was excellent. All the staff with whom we interacted were wonderful (special thanks to the gentleman that checked us in, and Freddy in the breakfast room!) - kind, pleasant, and always ready to help. Our room (480) was a bit tight, but it was comfortable and clean; the gym was outfitted with great equipment, and the food at the hotel bar/restaurant was pricy, but very good. Complimentary water was a nice plus, and the lovely cake, chocolates, and fruit for our anniversary was a lovely touch. Good location and excellent service, this hotel is the perfect choice for a stay in London.

A welcoming environment for me London
Pros:

I stay at the Intercontinental Park Lane whenever I am in London. I always greeted cordially by the staff and I feel very much at home at this hotel. On the main floor, the lobby, bar and "high tea" room flow into each other so there is never a sense of being crowded and the selection of meals and snacks available throughout the day is very good.
At an extra cost, there is a club facility available which is suitable for business meetings which i usually take advantage of.

Great Experience at the InterContiental Londn Park Lane
Pros:

We spent a week at the the InterContiental London Park Lane Hotel. We picked the hotel because of its good reviews, it met and exceeded our expectations. The room was wonderful, the bed comfortable, and the staff very engaging. It is located between the theater areas and the V&A museums making access very good. The breakfast was very nice and the bar area pleasing. The staff was very helpful in making suggestions and ensuring that our stay was wonderful. We would recommend this hotel without reservation!

London's best hotel with a wonderful team many of whom have worked here for years. Intercontinental Park Lane strives to fulfil requests for room and other guest preferences. I stay here every year when working in London. It's calm, peaceful and with beautiful floral displays and great food and beverage services. Just lovely to be here.

You won’t be disappointed
Pros:

We went for the afternoon champagne tea. Absolutely enjoyed every aspect of it. The ambience and decor , the food and the service. And the regular top ups of champagne. Neither of us eat fish so declined the smoked salmon sandwich but we given lovely fresh chicken to replace.
Lovely friendly staff, chatty but not intrusive. It was a 50th wedding anniversary gift from our son and we felt special throughout the two hours or so that we were there. Lovely waitress , sorry did not catch her name but think it began we J. Thank you for your attention and the gift from the team
