Great location, very comfortable room, excellent stuff, very good food and drinks, very clean, and very wide and clean bathroom
High class service for a very good price. In one of the best llocation of London
Beautiful hotel with bit more traffic when compared with other luxury hotels like the Savoy or Biltmore. The standard kings and junior suites all have tiny bathrooms. Alex the front desk manager was very attentive and quickly responded with our upgrade request. He was terrific and so we're the doorman and valet team. The front desk team were a little in responding and after days of many emails not prepared for our early check in. In all fairness, this was a busy weekend. Hyde Park music fest, Wimbledon, marathon and World Cup were all happening. Great location and this luxury property seemed to cater to families. There were young children in the bar w of the 4 nights of our stay.
Great customer experience- welcome, atmosphere, customer service and options available.
Rooms very comfortable and perfect location, shops, theatre’s, galleries
Location
Massively overpriced for what you get
£500+ for one night
Fantastic hotel staff were brilliant , would definitely recommend
J’ai pris cet hotel parce que il y avait un diner de gala dont j’étais invitée
Ils ont pris une garantie sur ma carte, je n’ai pas encore réussi a récupérer encore cet argent… ce n’est pss normal
Really iconic hotel. Everyone in London knows it. Excellent location. High standard hospitality, great breakfast, modern fitness room. Personnel is professional and friendly. Everything was great. Highly recommended.
Great place to be.
AC cooling in room is not effective and does not work as per requorement of guest requirement.
From the moment we pulled up in our car the service was nothing short of impeccable. The doormen helped unload our bags and offered to take them for us but we’re more than happy to wheel our own luggage around.
Alex on reception made us feel so welcome and even arranged for us to leave our car a little longer on check out so we go do a little bit of shopping before heading home. Thank you Alex
The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was immaculately clean, coming back to slippers next to our bed and coffees being replenished was a lovely touch.
We went down for breakfast around 8.30 on the Sunday morning and didn’t have to queue at all, there were plenty of options for everyone. I ordered the eggs Benedict and they were delicious, I’d say this may have been my favourite hotel breakfast.
The only slight negative would be the air con not being cold enough but then we were in the middle of a heatwave and it was cool enough to get a comfortable nights sleep.
We will definitely be booking to stay here again
