Everything was good

كذلك الغرفة لم تكن هي التي طلبتها حيث تم اعطائي غرفة منظر داخلي كئيبه وتفتح على غرفة اخرى ولم يكن هناك خصوصية حيث بمكاني اسمع كل شي خارج الغرفة .
This is our go yo hotel for London trips. It is located near all the wonderful places that quintessentally London. The service from check in check out is superb. The staff are courteous and caring.

There are hotels that provide excellent facilities, and then there are hotels that make you feel genuinely cared for. Our recent stay at the InterContinental London Park Lane firmly belongs in the latter category.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left, every single member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional and, above all, genuinely kind. Nothing ever felt rehearsed or transactional – everyone we met seemed to take real pride in ensuring guests had the best possible experience.
A special mention must go to General Manager Sholto, whose warmth, compassion and generosity before and during our stay were simply exceptional. His thoughtfulness, together with the beautiful room, the lovely amenities, valet parking, and the flexibility of an early check-in and late check-out, transformed what was already a special weekend into one we will never forget.
What impressed us most, however, was the culture throughout the hotel. Every member of the team smiled, greeted us warmly and went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. That doesn’t happen by accident—it speaks volumes about the leadership and the people who work there.
My wife and I have stayed in many excellent hotels over the years, but this was one of those rare occasions where the hospitality itself became the highlight of the trip. It wasn’t simply luxurious; it felt personal.
This was, without question, one of the finest hotel stays we’ve enjoyed in a very long time, and exactly the tonic we both needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our eight day stay at the beautiful InterContinental Hotel on Park Lane in London during July 2026.
The customer service was excellent from all the staff personnel we encountered. They were always smiling, courteous, and very helpful. We had excellent choices at all the meals. The food was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was always checking on us to see if we needed anything.
The location is perfect for walking, catching a bus, or riding on the tube.
