This would definitely be my go to spot for any future trips to Miami.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and courteous made check-in easy. The concierge was helpful with excursions and sites. The bellhops helped as soon as we exited the uber with our luggage.

Cons:

I have no complaints about my stay. I loved this property and the amenities. The pool was great and the smells in the spa were absolutely amazing.

View from rooms facing the water is magnificent. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

Prices are amazing. A $9 bottle of water. Soda at $8 a can. We did not try the restaurant because of low rating. The hotel feels like it’s trying to wring every dollar possible from you.

Fantastic stay at the InterContinental Miami! Beautiful hotel, perfect location and wonderful, friendly staff. Our room was lovely and spotless, and the service was excellent throughout. The perfect start to our holiday before our cruise. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
