I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Houston Post Oak this week. The entire experience was excellent, and what stood out most was the warm, attentive, and professional service from the staff.
A special recognition goes to Ian at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, courteous, and extremely professional. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a great first impression and helped make my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located, but the level of service is what truly made the difference. Great hospitality can turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one, and that was certainly the case here.
I would gladly stay at the Hilton Houston Post Oak again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.
We’ve been staying at the Hilton Post Oak for over 20 years for business. This latest trip was very disappointing. We have always eaten in the bar/restaurant every night because the food was so good. We arrived yesterday 8/26/26 and the food was so mediocre. We will not be eating there again. My husband is working and I planned a relaxing day starting at the pool. I was horribly disappointed with what I found. The pool was loaded with algae, the lawn furniture is in sad repair and looked as if it had been arranged by a tornado. It honestly looked apocalyptic and was very depressing. We are sad to see this decline of what was once an amazing classy hotel. We will miss the old Hilton and will not stay here in the future.

Areas for improvement:
1. Breakfast: There is not much variety. The breakfast selection is exactly the same every day—and, in fact, it was exactly the same when I stayed at the hotel a year ago.
2. Package receiving service: Very poor and disorganized. The process could be much better managed, and the staff did not seem particularly willing or proactive in helping guests locate their packages.
3. Room cleaning: My room was not cleaned every day during my stay, and I’m not sure why.
He’s the best!!! Gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Friendly!

Stayed at Hilton Post Oak at Galleria for first time. As a Hilton Diamond Member I appreciated my membership status was recognized and appreciated. The hotel staff were friendly and very professional. The room was clean, quite, and very nice.
Great location with lots of things to do nearby. Digital key worked well and response to message feature on mobile app was quick. Keep up the great work.

I checked in to my hotel after a 15 hour flight and was told to wait 30 min to check in diamond member as well and we still had to wait at 4:14 am to check Into my room that was booked for the night before we got here late but still should have been ready. Very upset after long flight would expect room to be ready by then. Front desk didn’t greet us until we had to ask them to check us in. Never had to deal with a hotel with such low standards
I wish the small fridge in the rooms were able to adjust to a good temperature. I breast feed and could not put my milk in the fridge due to it not being able to stay cold. I had to switch out ice in my cooler that I brought just to keep my breastmilk good. Other than that the stay was very good
