It was a pleasant enough hotel, but we booked for the use of the swimming pool. The pool is only open on specific days, and this was an on the spot local decision, because what the hotel advertised publicly and on Booking.com differed to what we actually received. We could have picked a cheaper hotel, and not had the swimming facilities.
Breakfast was buffet style and scorched, the Hotel is well outside of the main city and is a right trek to get to the town centre and back. The worst thing is the poor key card entry system. This needs replacing. Not fit for purpose. The swimming pool being closed was the deal breaker and we should have received a partial refund for this. This is not acceptable to change the terms of the stay and not communicate it with the guests.

In unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und das Fenster kaputt (ließ sich nicht öffnen), das Bad war bei Ankunft dreckig.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar sollten entweder lernen Cocktails zu mixen oder keine Cocktails anbieten. 20€ für einen Amaretto Sour, der keiner war, sind dreist.
Ontbijt was heel goed en het personeel vriendelijk
Erg gehorige kamers, als de bovenburen op de wc zaten konden wij dat horen. Ook klappen met deuren, schuiven met meubels etc. Liften stoppen vaak en gaat soms omhoog als je naar beneden gedrukt hebt. En douchen in bad…
De kamer en het bed.
Bij het inchecken bleek de boeking kwijt. Na het laten zien van de bevestiging was er ineens een kamer. Verder werd aangegeven dat parkeren 25 euro was voor een dag. Later bleek dit 7,50 te zijn. Vreemd. Het eten was dramatisch. Tijdens het eten werden we plotseling verplaatst door het personeel, zonder verzoek, ivm overlast door een groep mensen. Er zat nauwelijks smaak aan het eten of smaakte vreemd. Binnen een half uur hadden zowel mijn partner als ik buikklachten die de hele nacht hebben aangehouden. Bij het ontbijt werden we weggestuurd van het restaurant naar de 1e verdieping, wat erg vreemd overkwam, omdat bij het inchecken was aangegeven dat het ontbijt in het restaurant zou zijn.
