A szállodára már igencsak ráférne,egy alapos felújítás, illetve,a tisztaságra is jobban ügyelhetnének.A fürdőszobában,vastagon penészes volt a mennyezet,ez nem elfogadható.A szobában nincs hűtő,ami azért nagyon jól jött volna,hogy a nyári melegben,le tudjunk hűteni egy innivalót.A recepciósok,nagyon fásultak,és barátságtalanok.

Le service du personnel de la réception sur tout le monsieur du mercredi 21 h et Monsieur Nino .. mal éduqué et rien de gentille … cero éducation à tel niveau que j’ai écris un message booking pour me changer d’hôtel

- w miarę wygodne łóżka.
- pomocny (choć nie zawsze) personel hotelowy.

Cons:

- hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, ale chyba 40 lat temu.
- w całym pokoju jedno wolne gniazdko.
- okna po otwarciu już się nie dało zamknąć. zgłosiłem w recepcji - nikt nie przyszedł naprawić.
- rozpadająca się lodówka. nawet nie próbowałem włączać.
- brud pod łóżkami, znalazłem orzeszki, śmieci i czyjeś kapcie.
- prysznic w wannie, ale bez zasłony, nie da się skorzystać bez zalania łazienki.
poza tym w łazience zero papieru toaletowego, musiałem zejść do recepcji, łaskawie dali.
- ale absolutne dno to restauracja hotelowa. nie pamiętam czy kiedykolwiek jadłem w restauracji coś równie słabego. zresztą śniadania niewiele lepsze, ale chociaż dało się przełknąć chleb z masłem i jajecznicę. niektóre wyłożone "specjały" wyglądały jak resztki z poprzedniego dnia.

Pros:

Персонал был очень хороший. Дружелюбные, приятные люди. Номер был большой.

Cons:

Номер хоть и был убранный, но был не чистый. Ни к чему прикасаться не хотелось. Звук кондиционера был просто устрашающим. В номере не было ни геля для душа, ни шампуня, ни мыла, о зубных щетках я уже молчу. Нас было трое, но постельное белье было на двоих. На просьбу дать еще один комплект - дали лишь простыню. Не рекомендую здесь останавливаться

Çalışanların ilgi ve alakası sıfır. Çözüm üretmediler. Terlik ve şampuan için 2-3 defa gittim yine de temin etmediler

Una buena ubicación
Pros:

Una habitación básica con algunas oportunidades de mejora, el desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicación es genial porque es muy cerca de la estación central de bus y de trenes

Cons:

La actitud del señor (la señora que nos atendió el 19/08/2026 fue genial) de la recepción, su inglés es muy mal pronunciado y bastante grosero para indicar cuando le pides repetir
