Pros:

To już mój 3 raz w tym hotelu, teraz hotel przeszedł remont, pokoje w lepszym stadardzie ale jakość ta sama, tzn czysto i schludnie - śniadania są przepyszne i zawsze dużo do wyboru. Obsługa świetna można się podpytać i dogadać. We wrześniu tu na pewno wrócę bo za tą cenę bardzo dobra opcja w Sarajewie, do starego centrum blisko (wiadomo w sezonie w upały to ten kawałek do przejścia trochę się dłuży). Dużym dużym plusem jest przestronny parking do zostawienia auta.

Clean, modern, good breakfast, but very isolated - difficult to go anywhere without car.
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast.
A/C worked fine.
Wifi was solid.
Can pay by card (this is a rarity in Bosnia).

Cons:

Location. Awful! This hotel is so isolated. Googlemaps shows a tram near the train station which could take me to the Old Town, so I booked this hotel based on that. But.....that tram no longer operates! Take note - there is NO tram from the main train station (10 mins walk from Hotel Grand). To go to the Old town, you have to walk to Muzeji tram station which is a good 20 mins. And there are no restuarants, bars etc near the hotel - the nearest are about 15 mins away in 'Franca Lehara' road. Very isolated.
If you have a car, then the above is not an issue.

Pros:

Lokacija je odlicna
Dorucak uredu

Cons:

Nema frizider u sobi, nema klime ali srecom temperatura vani nije bila visoka za vrijeme naseg boravka. Peskiri su mijenjani svaki dan sto je za pohvalu.

Pros:

Hotel je uredan. Na dobroj lokaciji. Ako idete u grad uzmite taxi. Za 5e do Baščaršije.
Sobe su lijepe i uredne. Imaju sve što vam treba. Posteljina je čista. Osoblje hotela je vrlo ljubazno i uvijek na usluzi.
Doručak je obilan i raznovrstan. Stvarno ima za svakoga po nešto.
Pogled kroz prozor pada na toranj Avaz. Predivno svijetli u mraku. Izgleda vrlo atraktivno.
Svakako ćemo opet odsjesti tu.

Cons:

Totalno ne bitna stvar ali možda samo pogled s prozora sobe kvari ruševina koja se nalazi tik uz hotel.
