The pool area was nice
Breakfast was good

Cons:

Chairs and sofas in reception area was quite dirty. The added beds in the room were like stretchers. It did not look like the pictures. Also there were no small coffee facility in the room. The aircon in the room did not work well.

Pros:

A few things deserve special mention. The breakfast was outstanding - one of the most extensive and generous buffets we've experienced. It was served until 11:00 a.m., so there was no need to rush, the selection was constantly replenished, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Another highlight was the 12:00 p.m. check-out. Compared with hotels that require guests to leave by 10:00 a.m., this felt genuinely guest-focused and made the end of our stay much more relaxed.
The hotel itself is much larger than we had expected, yet everything was exceptionally well organised and ran smoothly throughout our stay. The staff was super friendly and patient.

Pros:

Yövyimme Scandic Parkissa jo toista kertaa, sillä hotelli on loistava. Huoneita on paljon, mutta palvelu toimii hyvin. Näköala saunasta ja suihkutilasta on upea, uima-allas ja suuri kuntosali ovat hienot ja aamupala on runsas ja maistuva. Myös huoneet ovat siistejä ja viihtyisiä.

Cons:

Kuntosalille pääsevät vain yli 15-vuotiaat.

Pros:

Wonderful experience. All services are nearby, easy to reach any destination you are looking for in the surrounding of Helsinki. Kind staff and well organized. Great view from the last floor with swimming pool and sauna available every day. Huge breakfast with a complete 100% vegan and gluten free area. Quiz and play area for kids. If we return in your incredible country, we'll return here for sure. thank you!

Huoneen varustelu ei vastannut luvattuja/maksettuja asioita. Useampaan otteeseen jonottamalla ruuhkaiseen respaan sain asiat hoidettua, kerros siivous joutui asian tiimoilta käymään kahteen kertaan.
Pyysin varausta tehdessä lisävuoteeksi oikean sängyn, ja maksoin huonekorotuksen tästä johtuen. saimme levitettävän sohvan joka näkisi pienimmästäkin liikahduksesta, tämä oli todella alaarvoinen.
