Cons:

Saapuessamme aula oli täynnä ihmisiä klo 16 aikaan. Pari bussilastillista samassa aulassa ja muut päälle. Oli ahdasta ja vain kolme asiakaspalvelijaa koitti selvittää saapujia majoittumaan huoneisiinsa. Henkilökuntaa lisää, että sujuisi jouheammin saapuminen. Sauna osasto tosi pieni, allas oli plussaa, mutta saunaan ei kyllä illalla sopinut, kun ei kovin kauaa viitsi suihkussa odotella vuoroaan.

Pros:

The pictures of the room booked and what we first were given did not match, and wouldn’t have worked for our family.however, when I talked to the front desk they were able to move us to the room we were expecting. It’s a good idea to confirm the room with the hotel directly, as bookings descriptions/pictures didn’t match. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

Väga meeldiv ööbimine
Pros:

Asukoht väga hea - jalutuskäigu kaugusel kesklinnast. Hommikusöök oli tavapärane - ei midagi erilist, aga kõik, mida pakuti, oli maitsev. Toale pakuti upgradei väikse summa eest ning valida oli kas vaatega või vanniga tuba. Valisime vanniga, kuid ilmselt oleksime pidanud küsima enne kui suur vann on :) Aga muidu oli tuba ilus, voodi ja padjad väga mugavad.

Cons:

Kohvimasin hommikusöögi kõrval võiks pakkuda erinevaid piimakohvide versioone :)

Suurepärane asukoht ja väga hea hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe.
Pros:

Hommikusöögi Valik oli ülisuur, quid soojad toidud mitte eriti maitsvad.

Cons:

Hotelli saabudes oli sisseregistreerimisel suor järjekord. Märkasin seda ka teistel päevadel. Et kliendid ei peaks seism ja ootama oma järjekorda, võiks kasutada järjekorranumbri süsteemi, kus klient sisenedes saab oma numbri ja jälgib siis eemalt oma järjekorra saabumist. Samal ajal saab ta tegeleda ka mude asjadega (lugeda jne.). Hotellis võiks olla ka lihtsam ja odavam söögikoht, sest hotelli restoran on perega reisides siiski väga kõrgete hindadega.

Sijainti ok lapsiperheen vierailulle. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Pros:

Aamupala oli riittoisa ja se toimi jouhevasti. Tuotteita tuotiin, kun huomasin jonkun loppuneen. Lapsille olisin kaivannut sopivaa herkkua aamupalalle. Ti oli vaahtokarkkeja , ke ei mitään. Rauhallinen huone.

Cons:

Saunatila hieman suttuinen ja saunan eteisaula haiseva. Tukevammat tyynyt vuoteisiin.
