Siistit yleiset tilat ja hyvä, tilava ja rauhallinen huone. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Sijainti oli oikein hyvä, Kansallisoopperan ja ravintola Carelian lähellä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli pettymys. Valittiin ajaksi 9:00, kun sai valita aamiaisajan. Ravintola oli aivan täynnä, odoteltiin, että vapautui paikka kahdelle. Osa ruoista oli loppunut, aterimia ja astioita puuttui ja niitä sai etsiä ja odotella. Syy ihmetytti kovin…

Swietnie położony hotel , wygodny i czysty.
Pros:

Hotel duży ale świetnie położony blisko parku i jeziora . Można przejść deptakiem do centrum. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne a pokoje duże. Personel miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Basen jest dość mały ale prawie nikt nie korzystał więc nie mieliśmy z tym problemu.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage und leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ans Zentrum angebunden, liegt direkt an einem schönen Park und bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Der Pool im obersten Stockwerk war toll für Kinder und ist erstaunlich groß.

Cons:

Bei hoher Belegung ist es zu fast sämtlichen Frühstückszeiten im Frühstücksbereich sehr voll. Außer man möchte um 06:30 frühstücken 😃

El hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica para visitar la ciudad, ya que está a un agradable paseo de sus principales atractivos, y bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y el ferry. Las habitaciones son amplias, confortables, y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno fantástico, muy completo y variado, para todos los gustos. Y el personal encantador. ¡Recomendable!

Achten auf die Betten Beschreibung alles andere Top!

Die Lage ist super schön

Cons:

Wir sind zu viert gereist davon drei Erwachsene also Eltern und zwei Kinder davon eins erwachsen. Es hätten laut erster Beschreibung vier Einzelbetten sein sollen
Dann hieß es ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelne
Da wurde die ausziehbare Couch als Doppelbett gewertet und das Masterbett aus einzelnen Betten bestehend als einzelne Betten. Formell gesehen alles richtig aber als Kunde fühle ich mich ausgetrickst

Hotel agradable, pero algo caro y situado no muy cerca,del centro.
Pros:

El gym. Fabuloso.

Cons:

No poder utilizar escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones. Lo de los ascensores es un show!!
