An excellent hotel with outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

Conceriege was impeccable

Cons:

The room service was terrible. They never answered if they were busy. U had to call front desk and wait almost 2 hrs for a return call when it was busy

Me tuvieron sentado en el lobby dos horas por que la habitación "no estaba lista" a pesar de que llegué a las 15:00hs que es la hora del check in del hotel.
