The Hotel team was great and the Housekeeping service was amazing
Great location.
Service levels are 3 star. Not enough staff. And they need to be prompted. Bags were left unattended. We needed to ask them to find them. Seems petty but if you’re paying 5 star prices you shouldn’t get 3 stars.
It is clearly focussed on Middle Eastern customers. That should be made clear. “Full English” breakfast with chicken sausages and turkey bacon ?
Location, the suit size and interior details. Very friendly staff.
Didn’t not find anything which I didn’t like.
everything except the size of my room
size of my room and its view
Amazing welcoming from Jessica with a beautiful upgrade to a bigger suite
The Biltmore has been my preferred choice in the heart of London since 2022, mainly because of its excellent location and the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Simon from the reservations department, as well as Mr. Edson, the Reception Manager, for their consistently professional and welcoming service. Their hospitality always makes my stay more enjoyable.
I usually book a Grand Deluxe Room, as I find the standard Deluxe Rooms to be quite small in size.
Previously, when The Biltmore was part of the Hilton group, there were more opportunities for room upgrades and greater flexibility with late check-out benefits. Unfortunately, I have not experienced the same level of privileges since the hotel became part of the Millennium group.
Nevertheless, the overall experience remains very positive, particularly because of the outstanding location and the professional service provided by the team.
The main reason I consistently choose this hotel is its excellent service, especially from Mr. Engin. My niece and I came for a week long vacation. Mr. Engin is considerate of people's circumstances and has a strong sense of responsibility. He made us feel like he was a brother to us, which is why we felt safe and comfortable here. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for privacy and security.
