Beautiful room. Great value for money. Very comfy and clean .
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Super clean.
Beds very comfy and a huge choice of pillows.
Excellent tv.
Perfect position in town.
All you could need.
Totally recommend

Cons:

Aircon was a bit tricky to get the right temp.
Room service menu very limited.

Enjoyable stay in a great city.
Pros:

Very large, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Well located.

Cons:

Minor gripe is that it’s the first time i have stayed in a high end hotel where the European breakfast doesn’t offer cheese and cold meats. It’s a bit disappointing when NZ has some of the best cheeses in the world.

Cosy stay
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, I loved how the room had its own hair straightener which was a lovely little touch and where it was situated was so close to the cbd everything in walking distance

Cons:

The hotel has very minimal parking so you kind of have to pay for valet otherwise you may have to walk a way, and the room was slightly smaller than I expected.

Comfy bed plenty of room , oh and a small kitchen complete with hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher ....

Options for buffet breakfast were fresh and plentiful

Cons:

Charge for parking however free on street parking available during stay just outside hotel
