Había una fiesta en la recepción con DJ y todo, demasiada bulla no se podía ni hablar, era Valet parking y costaba 50 us, y no era si no parquear el carro detrás del hotel y entrar por la puerta trasera, no lo pagamos lo hicimos nosotras mismas

Cons:

I booked for 2 nights the room had mold under the sick their were brown stain in the tub also the towels had mold them and the ac did not work in the room I called front desk to let them know they were going to send electrician up there to look at it they never did come check unfortunately they could not move me to another room they was to booked

Pretty, but deceptive
Pros:

Location, plants were pretty. Room was nice

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. Like wet, dirty carpet. There was also a small roach in the bed.
I couldn’t sleep soundly fearing a roach would crawl on me.

The staff at the hotel were always on hand to help, they were all friendly and would go above and beyond for their guest

After seeing the hotel and initial being pleased we were Disappointed with the facilities and staff attitudes apart from

The rooms were quite nice and location good

Cons:

They had cut back on staff due to low occupancy so everything was slow or cut back like the bar it was only 4-9.
We had no hot water and then no water at all when it was turned off for repair. They did not inform us of this , the only way you would have know. Is if you had seen the piece of paper laying flat on the reception desk which none of our party of 9 noticed. 11pm when we returned we still had no hot water until the following day. The hotel offered us a room switch but it was 11pm and too late to move. We found the staff quite rude and unhelpful and just passed the buck to booking.com, who after contacting have not replied to us and seem pretty useless as well.
