The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pricey but not bad for hotel breakfast. And it was buffet only.
The not having cookies available. One of theain reason I book here instead of other hotels is the cookies and they didn't have any available during my stay. Having to pay for parking is bad enough but if I got there at 8:00 at night and I paid to park I should be able to park for 24 hours since it's a 24-hour parking but anything past noon was considered another day regardless of the fact that I didn't get in until 8:00 at night that supposedly 24-hour parking is only whatever time you get there until 12:00 the next day.
It's clean they have a extremely good staff rooms are comfortable in the price is very good 👍😊

I will never use Booking.com again. We were overbooked and so were many other people waiting in line to check in who used your site. It is disgraceful that you take advantage of people this way.

Me hicieron pagar el desayuno informándome que era a partir de las 6 am y cuando bajé a ese horario me dijieron que era a partir de las 7 am me tenía que ir al aeropuerto no me quisieron devolver la plata del desayuno y me prepararon una bandeja con huevo y un jugo para q me lleve en la combi que lo dejé ahí por qué no iba a ir comiendo en la combi hacia al aeropuerto
