Lisa N. at the front desk made me feel so welcome and comfortable. When an issue arise, she swiftly handled it. One can tell she makes it her mission to make each patron’s day wonderful. Dylan at the valet is never short on compliments, and always ready with a smile to send you off. It is a nice facility and would stay here again.
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but was compelled to do so because of the excellent customer service provided by Adrian at the front desk.
He was accommodating, friendly, professional, and best of all, a problem solver.
The room was great. I loved the space of the Marriott Club, but the amenities were below par.

Freshly appointed/renovated rooms. Good location. Stands out from the "usual" Marriott. Neutral white with color accents.
Attentive staff.
The hotel faces the 405 FWY and the noise is awful. The breakfast included in our room rate was limited to two choices and not very good. Room service asked to make up our room at. 11 am per our request and never showed up and when we returned to our room at 3pm we had to call again.
See above. In addition the room was small with a tiny closet and two drawers and the bath was so small the two of us had to take turns.
Glenn in valet is the man. Always is paying attention looking out for people needing their cars and runs to retrieve vehicles to provide outstanding service !

I am a Marriott ambassador with over 1800 stays at Marriott's. I must say Irvine Marriott has to be in the top 20 best hotels I've stayed at, almost on par with the JW's. (JW is a special breed). From Will at the front desk to Glenn at the valet and Alicia at the Starbucks. All Do an amazing job and really makes my stay in California easy and comfortable!!

Dylan was awesome from the moment I pulled up. My Uber arrived and he immediately opened the door with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming energy. Dylan and Dario both made a great first impression, but Dylan stood out for how natural and confident he was while still being super friendly.
I went to grab my bag out of habit and he politely but firmly stepped in and took care of it. It didn’t feel forced at all, just really smooth and professional. Guys like this honestly change the tone of your whole stay.
Stoked to be here already and Dylan was a big reason why.
