Pros:

El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba ! La conexión a internet muy regular y en el mismo hotel mi señal principal era pésima . Los tiempos de registros para ingreso demasiado demorados . Tuve que esperar mucho para poder registrarme

Centrally located, Rooms are clean but not updated. Read the fine print!!
Pros:

The staff was very nice, the main floor is clean and updated. They had a fresh water station set up so I could fill up my Stanley every morning before heading out. Pool area was nice. Hotel felt safe even though there are alot of unhoused in the area

Cons:

Pool itself wasnt clean, rooms are not upgraded. Old furniture, plumbing was old. I stayed for 5 days, room only got cleaned once.
Most importantly, they added on charges that made it more expensive to book through this site then through them without any notice.Read the fine print!

Was fine for that one night nice scenery out back and nice bar area and my room was clean

Cons:

I booked the next day and needed to wait in the lobby for a specific time frame to check in I was essentially harassed by the staff and asked for my personal information to which I went and provided to hotel front desk staff I booked a reservation a 10pm pay at property with a note to check in between 2-3am at exactly 2am the staff found me and asked for my info I showed the reservation that was approved by the the hotel and the the additional emails they sent about upgrading my room to which I declined. They then told me they did not have any rooms and that it was booking.coms fault they over booked but it was the hotel that approved the reservation. So I didn’t like that that.. in the end they were rude and shifty characters.
