Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

كل شيء وبالذات قلة النظافه والرائحه الكريه وبالذات في الناشف والتكييف كان خربان والموظف الموجود في الرسبشن يوم وصولي مساءً كان سيء المعامله ولم يكن لديه مهنيه حتى بالاستماع لشكواي ورفض إبداء أي مساعده لي وكان رده لي انه هذا هو التكييف في كل الغرف وبعد ساعت اتجهت الرسبشن ووجدك موضفه استجابت لشكواي وارسلت فرقت الصيانه وأصلحت التكييف

המזגן לא עבד לי טוב בכלל לא ירד מ25 מעלות , 5 אנשי צוות הגיעו לנסות לסדר לי בתקלה אבל לא הצליחו החליפו לי חדר וגם החדר השני לא היה להיט בבוקר פגשתי ג׳וק מעופף בשירותים ממש התבאסי מהחופשה

Would stay again!
Pros:

Easy check-in, helpful travel assistance with a ride to the airport, helpful setting up sightseeing around Town

Cons:

One of out rooms had air conditioner troubles. Maintenance had attempted to fix it but after 6 hours of unsuccessful repairs, we requested a new room which staff didn't seem super thrilled with. Once the staff swapped out, the new guy was much more understanding and helpful.

Our room had a number of plumbing and electrical issues. We went to the front desk the first night of our stay and told them very politely about the issues and that we didn’t want to make a fuss for the night. The receptionist assured us that he would send a repair person the next day. The repair person never came. The power also went on and off constantly, turning on all of our room lights in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep. I’ve stayed here a few times, but this will be the last. The lack of care and urgency when it comes to genuine concerns is alarming and unacceptable no matter where you’re staying, let alone a supposed 5 star hotel. Love Greece, love Athens, won’t be back here. Hard to film the lights going on an off, but I’ll be linking a picture of the sink plumbing leaking severely, nearly flooding the bathroom when left on the length of brushing your teeth. Looking back it makes me more angry, I mean I don’t need an upgrade, but like.. switch the room?

Cons:

1- elektrik problemi vardı. Gece ışıkları kapatıp uyudum fakat 3-5 kez tüm ışıklar sesli şekilde açıldı ve tedirgin etti. Uykusuz kaldım.

2- Asansör çok uzun sürede geliyor. Otel 100% çalışıyor sanırım. Mevcut asansörler yükü kaldıramıyor. 10dk asansör beklemek normal değil.

3- odadan lobiyi aradığımda telefona cevap alamadım.

4- Lobide bazı çalışanlar oldukça sinirli.

5- otopark çok pahalı

Fermeture de piscine et bar terrasse sur le toit a 19h c est incomprehensible quand tous les autres hotel ferme leur piscine au couche du soleil

On avait pris cet hotel pour la pisicine et le bar sur le toit pour notre derniere soiree. Athenes

Le menu du restaurant du 8 e etage les choix menu etaient limites et degoutant du fenouille marine puait dans la salade grecque 🤮 la cuisine du restaurant fermait a 21h30 encore une fois on n a pas pu profiter d une belle soiree souper sur la terrasse tres tres decevant

On s est fait reveiller de 2am a 4h par plusieurs pannes de courant les lumieres se sont toutes allumees sans pouvoir les eteindre. La clime n etait pas fonctionnelle, telephone pas fonctionnnel et on a du s habiller et descendre a la reception pour aviser

Par cette belle soiree personne ne pouvait profiter de la piscine a 19h 32 degre, soleil. Innacceptable
Et ce n etait pas ecrit dans leur courriel de confirmation que ca fermait a 19h
