Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.

Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

בהליכה מהירה כחצי שעה.
נסיעה בטקסי 9 אירו.
נסיעה בשאטל של המלון בחינם, אך יוצא פעם בשעה.
והבסוף מחכים בנקודת האיסוף ולא תמיד מגיעים בזמן.
לא נורא אבל במחיר הזה אפשר למצוא בתי מלון במרכז.
תביאו קפה מהבית.

Pros:

The breakfast room was nice, the buffet was abundant and good quality, the staff efficient.

Cons:

I found the hotel very dirty. When walking through the halls to my room the carpet was not clean. The check-in and out process was very long, it took forever. The staff said it was due to the system that they were using. I suggest they do something about this

Pros:

酒店的早餐在顶楼，不仅环境很好，早餐的种类也很丰富，很满意。而且还能遥望卫城。

Cons:

房间的窗户隔音欠佳，看上去虽然说双层玻璃，但是还是能听到比较明显的公路噪音。

Would only stay again for rooftop top bar and pool and breakfast. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Staff, breakfast and rooftop bar and snacks. View is amazing. Pool lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom was awful - had to stand in a certain position in the shower to stop water flooding the bathroom. No face washers. Loose toilet seat. No cups left in room, no teabags, etc for second day of stay, did respond quickly when requested.
Encouraged to use stairs but they were dirty, rubbish, empty drink bottles left in stairwell.
Noisy nightclub still going at 3.30am, bright nightclub light shining into hotel room.

Good in general but the long queue at the check in was disappointing

The view from the pool is spectacular, breakfast had everything you could wish for, the spa was amazing.
