Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.
Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.

Location is ok
The hotel has both old rooms and new rooms. Old room water didn't stop flowing in the toilet until they fixed it, cleaner used same towels meant for guests to wipe toilet floor. Room wasn't properly cleaned. Corridor rug was super dirty.

The room services really weak and there is a no one you can make your complain.its called 5 stars hotel but you can really see it’s like 3 stars hotel.

Cet hôtel vieilli très mal. De nombreux détails montrent une mauvaise maintenance. Les Poolbeds de la piscine sont sales, l’hôtel est sous-staffé, on a eu plus d’une heure d’attente à l’arrivée à la réception car il n’y avait qu’une seule personne un 15 août! Les oreillers étaient sales et lorsqu’on demande à la femme de chambre, elle dit qu’il faut appeler la réception…

Nice view from the pool.
Staff were rude. Wouldn’t let us play cards (we weren’t gambling - just two people playing a quiet game) in the bar. There was no explicit rule saying couldn’t. Meanwhile there is an explicit rule of no children in the adults pool which they didn’t enforce. Shower leaked. Breakfast was cold. There were random things on our bill at the end which we didn’t order. There were prostitutes by the pool as well - very seedy.
La verdad, me pareció que relación calidad/precio no lo vale. En la habitación había varias cosas rotas, viejas. Nos pusieron una cama adicional y era muy incómoda. El hotel es lindo pero no queda muy cerca del centro.
The location - the roof top pool and terrace - breakfast was delicious with variety
We got a family room initially it was poor in terms of of size, cleanliness and the freshness of the furniture we raised the concern with the manager - she was very polite, apologized and tried her best to rearrange another room - the other room was a nike suite - it was a totally different experience- as if you moved to another extra premium hotel
