Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.
Grand Hyatt Athens is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, restaurants, bars, and all indoor or public areas. A fee of 200€ will apply for guests failing to comply with the nonsmoking policy.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.
Please note that the property can only accommodate pets weighing up to 6 kg. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants.

A truly five-star experience. A rooftop pool with a view of the Acropolis, a pleasant spa area, a luxurious room, an excellent breakfast, and incredible service in the restaurant. 11/10, if you don't happen to need assistance from the otherwise pleasant reception staff.
It was the first time in my life that it took me more than an hour to check in. The reason? A new system that wasn't working properly, combined with a group of American tourists who had just arrived.
There was also a credit card deposit (which is not mentioned anywhere when making the reservation), which, according to the staff, is refunded within a day or two after checking out. However, I am still waiting for mine more than 20 days later. Fortunately, the amount is not large, but it is still annoying for those who keep a close eye on their payments.
I have also been waiting for a requested invoice for so long that I still cannot file my travel expenses. They don't respond to emails, messages on Booking.com, or social media.
All of this leaves an unpleasant impression, especially considering that the hotel itself is truly fantastic.

Une véritable expérience cinq étoiles. Une piscine sur le toit avec vue sur l’Acropole, un agréable espace spa, une chambre luxueuse, un excellent petit-déjeuner et un service exceptionnel au restaurant. 11/10, à condition de ne pas avoir besoin de l’assistance du personnel de la réception, pourtant très agréable par ailleurs.
C’est la première fois de ma vie qu’il me faut plus d’une heure pour effectuer mon enregistrement. La raison ? Un nouveau système qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ainsi qu’un groupe de touristes américains qui venait tout juste d’arriver.
Un dépôt a également été prélevé sur ma carte bancaire (ce qui n’est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation) et qui, selon le personnel, doit être remboursé dans un délai d’un ou deux jours après le départ de l’hôtel.

i was allocated a handicap room on level 1, i requested for change of room but was turned down by reception staff during check-in.
It causes inconvenience due to unsatisfactory bathroom configuration. There were also drilling noise coming from other room.

Check in took way too long. (Nearly an hour).
Staff were not that helpful, and the TV in the room wouldn’t work properly, and they had no idea how to rectify it.
They did not have 24 hour room service, the times were not that convenient, and during a certain period they literally had 4 things you could only purchase. EG: you couldn’t get ice cream at 11pm.
