La habitación muy amplia y limpia excepto las ventanas del balcón
El TV no se veía bien siempre con un color morado , el baño muy pequeño y el desagüe fallaba el lavamanos no desaguaba con facilidad , las ventanas del balcón muy sucias nublaba la vista hacia la calle , estuve 5 días y uno de ellos se fue el agua teníamos un compromiso temprano y fue imposible salir pues la reanudaron sobre el medio día , otro día hubo tormenta y el hotel no tenía luz siento que podrían ser mejores por que tienen buena atención pero si hace falta un poco de mantenimiento en general
the front desk was nice
The room we got was not the one pictured in my room selection with a separate sitting area. I chose it specifically for that, and had other similar choices at the price and better with a seperate sitting and kitchenette but chose Crowne and higher price for the brand name. Almost half the floor in my room 317 was soaked, maybe the ac was leaking and the room had a smell, but we were too tired to go back downstairs to get it switched. There was a big odd stain on the sofa and i didn't want to sit on it. My husband had to go back down later anyway because all the ice machines he checked on seveal floors were not working. i remembered a lady complaining to front desk that hers wasn't working either. All around poor experience (front desk person was very nice though),Please lower the stars for this one until the property is better!!!

One elevator didn’t work right was told by another guest don’t ride that one it get stuck all the time, was hot in the lobby area the rooms where also hot the ac could’ve been better

Only thing that was good was having hot water for the shower
Our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and accommodations. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making the room extremely warm and uncomfortable, especially with temperatures reaching the triple digits outside. We requested assistance, but the issue was never resolved to an acceptable standard. Even the front desk staff had fans running, which suggested that the cooling problems extended beyond just our room.
Additionally, the elevators were not functioning properly. They were extremely slow, and when they finally arrived, the doors often closed too quickly, causing us to miss the elevator and wait again.
Overall, the property felt very outdated and in need of significant upgrades and renovations. It was clear that this is an older hotel that has not been adequately maintained or modernized. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
