Not pleased
Pros:

Only thing that was good was having hot water for the shower

Cons:

Our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and accommodations. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making the room extremely warm and uncomfortable, especially with temperatures reaching the triple digits outside. We requested assistance, but the issue was never resolved to an acceptable standard. Even the front desk staff had fans running, which suggested that the cooling problems extended beyond just our room.

Additionally, the elevators were not functioning properly. They were extremely slow, and when they finally arrived, the doors often closed too quickly, causing us to miss the elevator and wait again.

Overall, the property felt very outdated and in need of significant upgrades and renovations. It was clear that this is an older hotel that has not been adequately maintained or modernized. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel accommodations with friendly staff..
Pros:

The shuttle service to and from the airport to the hotel.

Cons:

No ice in the ice machine on the floor where my hotel room was located…room 518 on 6/6/26.

Cons:

After check in, noticed the sink in the restroom wasn’t draining. Couldn’t use the phone in the room to call the front desk because that wasn’t working either. When finally got ahold of them was told maintenance would be notified but no one came. The sink stayed completely filled with water for the entire stay. During check out notified the front desk and was told a work order was never put in

Great place for a short stay.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and eganging, very easy to speak with and curious (or courteous enough to pretend to be). The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast (additional cost) was great.

Cons:

While furniture seems updated, some of the room is not, such as areas of pealing paint and small holes in the ceiling.

My bed was dirty had to request new bedding upon arrival and make my own bed; the elevator did not work the whole time; tried breakfast one morning no Prosecco for the mimosa; ant was in my room; the shower did not drain it sat there; the elevator was suppose to be fixed by day 2 by day 4 still broken
