My bed was dirty had to request new bedding upon arrival and make my own bed; the elevator did not work the whole time; tried breakfast one morning no Prosecco for the mimosa; ant was in my room; the shower did not drain it sat there; the elevator was suppose to be fixed by day 2 by day 4 still broken

We will be back. The issues were not stay killers. Great staff attitudes every one of them. Congrats on your personnel c
Pros:

It was located near what we needed it for. The staff were exceptionally helpful with great attitudes.

Cons:

The jet traffic at 6 am. The lighting in the rooms ( all three) was terrible, room 154 had no light bulbs in the lamps. Staff quickly remedied the problem. Ate dinner at the restaurant but had to change all four orders due to being out of items on each order. But the chef made excellent food from what he had. Breakfast from the menu the next day suffered the same issue on a couple of the orders. Again though the food was excellent. We arrived on Sunday the end of the festival so being out of things may have been an inherent issue.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Cons:

The A/C was loud, the door had a hug gap between the wall and the door when it closed so you can see the hall way light shining in. The water never got hot, it just was not a good stay for us.

good but wouldnt stay again
Pros:

the layout of hotel was nice. the hot tub was hot. fitness room has all the equipment you need. there is an area with drinks for purchase. staff is extremely nice.

Cons:

stayed on 2nd floor and there is a constant whistling noise. the showers are horrible. they need water softener cause the hard water is hard , leaves you still feeling dirty. they need new shower heads cause mine was either way to harsh or weak. ac would shit out during night and it would be extremely hot. went to hotel restaurant and they were out of everything i wanted to order. no cauliflower and no steak.
