Not good for group tours. Good for solo travellers or couples

Small elevator, stairs to the lobby not good especially when you have a heavy suitcase, small lobby not good for group tour . Stayed on the rooftop suite …carried my luggage from 5th floor to the top😩

Καθαρός χώρος και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Ο χώρος θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο άνετος και μεγάλος καθώς τον "έκλεβαν" τα ντουλάπια και ο νεροχύτης. Σουίτα όπως περιγράφει ο τίτλος σίγουρα δεν είναι απλώς δύο μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα και παραδίπλα ένας καναπές. Στο ντους αν ήθελες να χρησιμοποιήσεις το "τηλέφωνο" για λειτουργούσε ταυτόχρονα δίχως να κλείνει η ντουζιέρα οπότε το νερό ερχόταν από παντού. Το πρωινό στην καλύτερη περίπτωση δεν ήταν πλούσιο και δεν ανανεωνόταν γρήγορα. Ουσιαστικά σε αυτή τη γειτονιά θέα δεν υπάρχει.

Great stay, not too far from airport
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location for an early flight from the airport.

Cons:

Unfortunately we kept getting a cigarette smell from the vent of our bathroom...not sure how, but anytime someone smoked near our vent or room, it would enter the bathroom

Έχοντας ξαναμείνει στο κατάλυμα, για άλλη μια φορά τα standards σε καθαριότητα και προσωπικά είναι αυτά που κάνουν ξεχωρίζουν.

Cons:

Δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμος χώρος στο πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου, κάτι που ήταν αγχωτικό δεδομένου ότι ταξιδεύαμε σχεδόν όλη μέρα από νησί.Ωστόσο υπάρχουν κάποιοι ιδιωτικοί χώροι στην περιοχή.

Warm, accommodating staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good room service.
Pros:

It was selected because of its proximity to the Henry Dunant hospital. We loved the 6th floor room with large wrap around balcony.

AVOID THIS HOTEL - Worst Hotel I ever stayed
Pros:

The staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can call itself a 4-star hotel, let alone advertise this room as an “Executive Suite.” The photos online look nothing like the actual room we got. It felt old, damaged, and poorly maintained from the moment we walked in.

The bathroom was a disaster. The sink and shower were both broken, and even the bathroom door barely worked — opening and closing it was a struggle every single time. The bathroom floor was also dirty when we arrived, which immediately made the whole place feel unhygienic.

The couch in the room was completely destroyed and looked like it should have been thrown away years ago.

Breakfast was another disappointment. Very little choice, low-quality food, and absolutely not what you would expect from a hotel in this category. The whole experience felt cheap and misleading.

Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
