Comfortable stay.
II missed the breakfast cut off time and the staff still made me a latte and let me get some things for my son who was still sleeping.
Everything was good
The beds were comfortable.
Small bathroom. WIFI for a fee? why? you already charge so much! Why not have free wIFI, breakfast and gym, like many hotels offer. Wew ordered breakfast one day and it came without any napkins and cutlery. The exits are so far from the bedrooms, with a dog, we had a long way to go to go outside. Not really pet friendly..

Rooms were small and dated. No basic internet, that’s just shocking.
I checked in this evening to discover my sheets were filthy. I used their AI automated phone system from the room to request my sheets be changed. A young man brought me the sheets and handed them to me and started to walk away when I asked him if he was going to change them for me or if I was supposed to do it. He appeared surprised by my ask and said someone would be right back. I told him never mind because I was angry. When I took the fitted sheet off, I discovered the mattress pad is torn and ragged and disgusting. No one has answered the front desk when I called. I end up on endless hold. I tweeted at Marriott and got an AI automated response.
Room clean and nicely appointed. I forgot my charging block at home. No where here to charge without it. Front desk person was not helpful so I went to a different front desk person and she said they sold them. She was able to find me a block in their store. She saw how distressed I was so she gave it to me for free.
Food was good in their restaurant, the Copper Kettle, but very expensive. $22 for breakfast was pricey for buffet breakfast. Dinner was good but still pricey for their hamburger and fries. Drinks were good. During breakfast buffet I was ignored and had to get my own tableware. Staff friendly. I would have eaten elsewhere if I had a vehicle but came by Uber.
Booked hotel in March and it was over $200. Looked online this am and it is $176.
I have stayed in Denver before and I liked previous hotels much more. Served breakfasts in other hotel was a lot less money.

Have stayed at this property many, many times over the past 20 years. It has become steadily worse. On this visit, the ac unit barely cooled and was very loud. The lobby and hallways were uncomfortably warm and the room furnishings were scratched and borderline ratty. The hotel needs a renovation badly. Won’t be back.
Not a good vaule for the price!! This hotel need updating for the price.
The rooms are old. AC doesn't cool. Bathtub did not hold water and was rusty. Bathroom was very small.
This is a very beautiful classy hotel.. I loved how they had a little table and chairs on a patio outside of our room. That was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was when my husband laid out on the bed he sunk right in and the mattress did not have side Support and he almost fell right off the bed.
The only thing we did not like was how soft the mattress was and it had no side support and if you weigh over 200 pounds you’re gonna fall off the bed
We have stayed here several times and have always loved our stays. Great Hotel Pool and proximity to Red Rock Amphitheater.
Just how close it was and the pool area was nice and dinning area but rooms were not as listed on booking.com wasn’t a Mountain View no double room as it listed. Fridge was a mini fridge and resting area it said was just a cuck chair in the corner
The room was terrible and I called customer support and they said they would talk to the front desk and get me refunded 247 and never happened. Im not gonna use booking.com anymore room service wasn’t gable unless u used an app and the app wasn’t connected to ur room so the $200 hold was for nothing
Bed, a little too soft
The daytime staff was extremely friendly and nice. And both pool areas were nice and it was nice to have the option between the two. This hotel was extremely close for us to get into Red Rocks Amphitheater and a short drive to Evergreen. There is a Target and Whole Foods grocery store across the street if you're staying for a few days. And several decent chain restaurants near the hotel. The staff was able to get us into our room around 2am due to a flight delay with ease. And we found out they have a wheelchair we could use which was a huge help due my wife's recent neck surgery
The breakfast was similar to that of a basic hotel we stay in. And thought it would be a little higher quality. And the price on the weekend for the breakfast I felt was high.
Also the night time staff wasn't rude but they were definitely on a different vibe than the daytime staff. I could see other folks who are looking for a more friendly experience probably have a negative reaction to this.
Don't be fooled by the pics. This hotel is older than it looks, which you will notice walking through the halls with peeling wallpaper, thermostats dangling on the walls, and the very out dated furniture in the rooms. And the rooms are extremely small for a 4 day stay. The AC system was extremely poor, not moving any air around in the room at all.
Next is the balcony mountain pics, these were definitely falsely advertised. Most balconies are blocked by large trees and all overlook the parking lot. Maybe the one balcony where they got the pic from would be a good one to stay in.
Lastly, is the beds. We reserved a king size bed, 6 months prior and got two full size beds. Not even queen sized. These beds were terrible. Both mattresses you sank into the middle of the bed making it impossible for me to even sleep in the same bed with my wife.
The outdoor pool had three staff members working on a Saturday and two maintenance workers moving furniture. The pool area was riddled with cups, beer and Truly cans which not one staff member cleaned up.
