Perfect location for a concert at Red Rocks.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and competent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spacious and well designed.

A well located hotel that has seen better days.
Pros:

We’ve been staying at this hotel annually for over 30 years. Its location for travellers on route from the airport to the mountains is perfect, especially at the end of a long flight.

Cons:

It’s getting shabby after all these years.

The introduction of parking charges was an unwelcome surprise.

Friendly Staff
Pros:

Stayed for just one night and had a really smooth experience. Check‑in was quick and the staff were genuinely great — super friendly and fun to chat with during the guest happy hour, which was a nice touch after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed. The only minor downside was that the heating unit was a bit louder than I’m used to in hotels

Hotel showing age, but staff was friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Location was great, staff was super nice and friendly and willing to solve problems.

Cons:

We requested 1 room to be bottom floor on booking.com but were given a room on the top floor for that person. Another room was dirty and had a broken TV. Went to the front desk and requested a new room and they were happy to provide. Overall the hotel seemed old with lots of dents, dings and stains around the rooms and property. This is an expectation with a budget friendly hotel, but not a Marriott.

Better than a No tell Motel
Pros:

Not much,

Cons:

Water in rooms smelled moldy. Restaurant was order by app only - a joke of a menu. Bar open 5pm to 10pm. Hotel dated 80/90’s look. No microwave in room, advertised as restaurant and bar on site - 1/4 true. Front desk staff useless other than David who was helpful. Not up to Marriott Standards.
