Location. I didn’t have to walk far to the stadium.
Bed was too hard for my liking, but I’m never comfortable in a hotel bed.
The hotel was extremely expensive but did not include typical amenities such as complementary breakfast, or parking for guests staying included. Then, I booked through a third party and was told I paid all taxes and fees, but was charged an additional 54 when I arrive for more fees.
In the middle of thing's
You had to pay to 55 to park and you staying at hotel.
It was in a great area for what I needed it for.
The parking is too much!
For the price, it should atleast have a microwave in the room and breakfast included.
Location
Staff, wait time for the elevator was awful, check in line was long. They need to have more staff when big concerts are in town. Front desk staff were not honest when we called about our reversation.
Staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in desk and the room was nicely arranged. There is an attractive and comfortable bench seat just below the window which is kind of cool
the hotel is very convenient to all downtown activities
the staff in the restaurant was friendly but very slow to respond. The waitperson initially came over with the menu and some water, asked if I wanted coffee. I said yes and then she went away and did not come back until I went to find her. The restaurant was not busy at the time.
My room was nice and mostly clean but the outlet and light fixture by the bed were dusty and sticky.
The location was good
The noise level
Staff was not trained properly upon check in billed 3x for room
Nancy provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She was especially kind and patient!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!
Over all spiffy place and great location
The hidden fees that were never discussed
Location was close to many restaurants and Bank of America Stadium.
The parking fee was a little high.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We did get coffee from their coffee shop, staff was nice but a little clueless when I asked for a coffee half regular half decaf. And it was 5 dollars. The bed was comfy, room nice and the shower was great! Very clean. Location was good, we walked to Bank of America stadium. Decent neighborhood with plenty of police presence.
It was the only hotel available 6 months prior to the show. I'm hoping to find something else on our next trip. I feel it was overpriced and the lobby staff/valet were overwhelmed with the influx of people all checking in at 4pm. Their self parking garage was cramped and a little confusing. 56 dollars to park for 1 night.
Hotel was nice front desk was helpful I enjoyed stoke and Harrison at valet helped me and was great! The main part of the hotel I liked was a convenient location, nice rooms, and affordability.
Came with my wife and daughter to the hotel to visit my in laws. Had a great experience really enjoyed front desk recommendations and the staff at Stoke! The valet Kyle was also great and helped me take my bags up to my room. Excellent hotel would stay again
I had a great stay at the Marriott City Center. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The food court had a nice variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty, making it a convenient place to grab a meal.
A special shoutout to Kyle from valet. He was professional, welcoming, and always had my car ready quickly with a great attitude. His outstanding service really stood out and made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Me and my wife stayed for a few nights and we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, and we were greeted by the nicest valet staff. Kyle was polite and took great care of my beloved corvette. Clearly a bright young man who has a great work ethic, reminds me a lot of myself.
