The view from our room was incredible! Staff was accommodating and informative. Tons of dining options inside or right across from the hotel. The updated showers in the room were phenomenal! Excellent
Extra fees, although that seems more because of the city of Boston.
The location is unbeatable. The room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were great too. Everything was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The elevators were smart. The $25 credit to use for the spectacular breakfast or drinks was a fantastic bonus. Prudential Center is right across the street, along with Newbury Street and other landmarks. It was just too good. I’ll always come back.

I found hairs in the bathroom. Some in the shower and around the door. I had the feeling it could have been cleaned better.

La ubicación.
No te ponen agua aún siendo un hotel del lujo en el centro de Boston primera vez que veo eso. Cuando llamas hay falta de atención al cliente quería botellas de agua así como otro servicio y nunca cogieron el teléfono. Sin minibar y tampoco tienen detalles en los baños como gorros de baños etc... lLo esperaba más completo
