Cons:

Taxes and fees amount to $150 per night. The $35 facility fee is a rip off. They charge $5 for small bottle waters and do not provide any complimentary drinks even for the first night

The room was nice, clean & spacious.

Cons:

Visiting Boston for the first time, this hotel was too far to walk to any of the excursions I booked to see the city sights. I did not want to fight for a parking spot so we had to take taxi's all over the place.

Great accommodations for a great price.
Pros:

We stayed on the 19th floor, city view. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, wiFi easy to connect, and TV easy to use. The bathroom was clean, modern, and had great space!

Wonderful
Pros:

We were here for the Boston Marathon, as the finish line is only a few minutes away. The hotel is wonderful, from flawless check-in the the pleasant checkout. Front desk is extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms and public areas are clean and modern. Decent size rooms. Gym is one of the largest hotel gyms (it overlooks pool).
Hotel Parking is expensive, we used an app to park cheaper at the attached garage (same as used by valets), or at one 4 min away.
