Staff was excellent - very nice and helpful. Facility was modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was underwhelming. Just overall the space was meh, it had a cafeteria feel. Hotel breakfasts should be better than home and a treat - here you should invest more.
Great hotel, good location with a high end shopping mall underneath and tube station. Easy to get into Boston on tube or can walk it in 15 min. On site restaurant and bar really good. Room was great with good aircon, shower etc and wifi. I was especially pleased to get back the usual room deposit within a couple of days of leaving.
Location and staff
High prices for World Cup!
Great location within walking distance of everything. Great amenities onsite including a sports bar
Breakfast options could have been more extensive
All staff lovely especially TK the lovely lady who cleaned our room. The Yard house bar has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely & childrens buffet for $7.95 great value & with the $20 daily credit iit encourages you to use it there.love the elevator system & the onsite starbucks. Also great location for shops & not far from anywhere really
The price due to world cup considering we were just there for 3 nights holiday & not for wiorld cup.At over €550 a night way too expensive
Great location, staff were very friendly, the rooms were a good size and the gym was excellent
Nothing
The location is great, connected to Copley and Prudential.
Tall floors can give you a good view of South End.
Great room layout and quiet.
They provide a good keurig along with coffee capsules, cream and paper cups.
Good water pressure.
I was very frustrated with the customer service. While I did get a generic email from the hotel prior to the stay in which it stated if you have any questions please contact us at XYZ email. I emailed them regarding the parking garage and then tried to call them twice without answers. After we got to the hotel, the sign says self parking to the left which is the LAZ parking lot for Copley. It caused some confusions because in multiple Q&As, the hotel said that the self parking is at their valet garage.
After we checked in, I noticed there was an extra $35 dollar charged to my credit card. The hotel said it’s the designation fee which is non-refundable. However, this fee was included in the booking fee paid through Booking.com. We had to go to front desk to double check, which turned out that they mistakenly counted one more night. If I didn’t happen to notice the extra charge, it will not be refunded to me. To this date, there was still an 2 cents left on my card due to this mistake. It was the leftover of the tax on that false designation fee.
I know this is a long response- this is the last one- there were stains on the sheets after check in and we called front desk to get it replaced. It took an hour for the staff to come.
Maybe the FIFA season made the hotel overwhelmed, maybe they are at a great location. But the whole experience was not pleasant.
Location was exceptional, elevator system made it very safe being in a mall. Must use room card and it only brings you to that floor. Views were great and the $20/off day for food and top of prudential tickets were really nice /Bounevoy members.
Beds were uncomfortable, the pullout chair/mattress was like cardboard and kept slipping down, some staff (males) were unfriendly and the pool was subpar.
Great location and nice staff.
