満足していますが、仕上がりのお値段も、高めでした。
Pros:

ロケーションはとても良い。部屋も清潔でした。またこちらの希望通りのコネクティングルームにしていただき、助かりました。

Good location @Boston
Pros:

Location is perfect
Wifi is free for Marriott Member only, strange
cleaning stuff is very nice
number of elevator is good, waiting time is shorter

Cons:

Strange to ask for wifi if you are not member
Chosing the elevator to reach your level is sometime tricky for some elder ages
Drawer and closet is not enough in size

Perfect stay for one night, would love to stay longer next time!
Pros:

The Staff was so helpful with directions to public transportation and suggestions of things to do and see. The hotel is located adjacent to two malls which was very nice for shopping & eating. The hotel has very high tech elevators which took us a minute to figure out & then we were like why doesn’t everyone have these! There are several free perks for staying here; free tickets to View Boston in the Prudential Tower, discounts for eating in the Yard House and access to an app for getting around town. Public transportation was easy to use and the station is very close by. There is a free public shuttle from the airport to Back Bay and only $3/pp to the airport. We loved it here and will definitely stay again!! Great job Marriott!!

Overpriced
Pros:

Staff was amazing! Room was meh. Beds too soft and not comfortable. Bathroom super small only 1 person at a time could fit. Housekeeping was very good. Pool was closed 1 night because a kid had an accident. Didn’t find the location convenient at all. After walking around I would’ve chose the fairmont right in Copley square. Very very overpriced.

Great Stay and Friendly, Efficient Staff
Pros:

Great stay with friendly and efficient staff. It’s a large, busy hotel, but everything worked well. Our Titanium status was recognized and we had access to the M Club which was great . Breakfast there was quite good with a variety of fresh cut fruit, large variety of yogurt plus scrambled eggs, potatoes and a choice of different meats. Good variety of breads, pastries, cold cuts and cheese. Evening offerings (5:30-7:30) were cold cuts, cheeses, crudités, a couple of hot dishes, several dessert options and alcohol for a charge. Beverages and snacks available all day and nice. Our room on the 30th floor was updated and pristine. Every staff member that we met was cheerful and friendly which I didn’t really expect in a big city hotel, but quite nice. A special thanks to Julia M at the front desk. She was especially helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat checking us in and even walked us to the elevator. Great introduction to the hotel. Thanks! We also enjoyed Happy Hour at the hotel’s Yard House restaurant (M-F). Good food, but Massachusetts is a state that prohibits alcohol discounts so only certain food items half price. It was a good selection, though and we thought the alcohol prices weren’t bad at all. We’d definitely return to the hotel when in Boston again.
