ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, צוות המלצרים עשה את עבודתו נאמנה, הבר היה מאד נעים לשהות בערב ואפשר היה לנשנש משהו בלילה,
חדר הכושר מאובזר היטב,

צוות המנקים לא תמיד הקפידו על הנקיון בחדר. הייתי מציעה לעבור בחדר לקראת ערב ולהחליף מגבות מלוכלכות ולשטוף כוסות קפה מכל היום,

Perfektes Hotel für Lyon!!!
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Natürlich auch auf englisch. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, bekamen ungefragt ein Upgrade. Prima Zimmer, komfortable Betten. Klimaanlage war auch nicht zu verachten!
Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch individuell bereitet. Der Frühstücksraum im 8. Stock mit Weitsicht, perfekter Start in den sonnigen Morgen. Lage topp, alles Interessante fussläufig machbar.
Fahrräder sicher im Gepäckraum, naja, ein Platz in der geschlossenen Garage hätte es auch getan.
Nach Rückkehr von unserer Radtour werden wir sicher nochmals hier übernachten.

Un palace, magnifique, bien placé.
Les chambres sont magnifiques, confortables.
L’établissement est parfaitement placé au centre de Lyon, entre le Rhône et la Saône, gare et transports en communs tout près.
Le personnel est parfait, professionnel, sympathique, souriant.
