Pros:

Location was a perfect Mayfair location. Excellent restaurants in and near hotel. Gracious staff.

To fix the issue of the drainage and smell of the AC
Pros:

The staff, location and lounge

Mayfair zaten iyi bir semt ve konumu turistik olarak merkezi konumda, yürüme mesafesinde alışveriş market cafe restaurant ne ararsanız en iyileri mevcut, çalışanlar güler yüzlü her konuda destek olabilirler, sağlık sorunumuz oldu ve onun için bile yardımcı oldular, temizlik güzel yapılıyor, ilk londra ziyaretim için çok güzel bir anı bıraktılar

Lux location and lux accommodations

Cons:

London is flat out pricey. This hotel is in the Mayfair area which is a prestige location. And, one must pay for location. If one values restaurants,shopping and vibe, this could be a great place for you.

Şehir merkezinde, fiyat biraz yüksek olsa da fiyat fayda dengesi oldukça iyi.
Pros:

Kahvaltı oldukça güzel ve yeterli.. çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Özellikle Ms Simir bizimle çok ilgilendi.. hepsine teşekkür ediyorum

A perfect stay in central London
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, David the doorman being a standout. Management kindly welcomed us with champagne, macarons and cookies. If there was any city noise, we couldn't hear it. Amenities are plentiful though we only took advantage of the M Club Lounge which offered quality food and drink choices 24 hours a day. Though we stayed on points, we felt it was well worth it. We couldn't've asked for more.
