Clean and excellent location
Room small size
This is a lovely hotel in a famous neighborhood super close to transportation, restaurants and shopping. Its location feels quiet and peaceful, despite being near one of the busiest shopping streets in London. The hotel staff are professional and kind. I watched the way they treated the other guests at check-in. While I am sure status helps, everyone of them were welcomed and made to feel at home. They were especially helpful with children. My teenagers are surly after long flights, but the staff engaged with them, joked with them, and had them feeling much better before we left the lobby. The hotel is just a Marriott, but it absolutely functions at the level of most JW’s we have stayed at. The rooms are very large by London standards. We had adjoining rooms which was very convenient—and I sense that what I booked was something less luxurious but I suspect the staff quietly upgraded our rooms. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. We are very familiar with London, but managed to discover some new things. A wonderful trip facilitated by an excellent hotel staff.
We had a wonderful stay here, thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, David welcomed us with his warm smile. He engaged with my children and made us feel truly welcome.
I would also like to acknowledge Peter from the M Club. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He made sure our table was always clean and was always there to assist my children. Thanks to him, we felt at home throughout our stay.

Cant describe it as its the best of best in staff, check in, service, twice cleaning, whatever we request the provide immediately. Location is amazing 2 minutes to Oxford and selfrdiges.

London is flat out expensive and so was the hotel
Our family of five (including a teen and two young adults) had a wonderful stay last week!!! Due to the size of our group we had a king room and a club suite. Every employee with whom we interacted was very hospitable and helpful. We arrived a little after noon, and they let us check into one room early to store our luggage. They also upgraded our non-club room to have club amenities, which we used for breakfast most mornings and evening drinks. The club offerings all had allergen labeling, and we. Wry much appreciated that.
The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There was mirror at the desk and full length mirror in the rooms that made it easy for us all to get ready quickly.
The hotel is located on a quiet street in a very upscale part of town. We always felt safe. Lots of restaurants and stores within a very short walk. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Bond Street Tube station. The overall vibe of the hotel was very relaxed and quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here whilst in London for the Oasis concert, and everything was great from the moment i arrived. Staff were super friendly and attentive and gave great service. They knew we were in town for the Oasis concert at Wembley so gave us recommendations for where to go in the city first to visit the Merch stores, and how to get to Wembley stadium easily.
Breakfast was great too!
