Very much up to the standards of the Novotel brand. Check in staff was very gracious. Since I arrived at the ungodly hour of 8:40am they were happy to accommodate me for an extra €) 50 which I was more than happy to pay.
The breakfast at € 28 was well worth the cost. I ate there three mornings straight and was not disappointed. Eggs cooked to order. Excellent fresh loaves of bread (croissants are not that fresh). Room was clean. No facecloth in the bathroom. Only shower gel and shampoo dispensers, no conditioner. Internet was a bit unreliable one evening. Restaurant is a bit pricey for other meals and there are not that many restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel is a five-minute walk to Amsterdam RAI station. The subway was nearby but station was closed due to track maintenance.
I'd come back to stay. Price is good, location is convenient, and it's a relaxing neighborhood.

Ücretsiz Otopark var diye hususi ayarladım ama otopark ücretliydi ve yüksekti 25 eur günlüktü. Ücretsiz olsa daha iyi olur.
Reception görevlisinden evraksal bir talepte bulundum. Check out yaparken hallederiz dediler. Check out yapacağım zamanki görevli bu talebimi sert bir tavır ile yapamayacağını iletti ve uğraşmadı. Biraz canım sıkıldı ama yapacak birşey yok.

Temiz, ferah ve aydınlıktı. Suların yenilenmesi ,düzenli temizlik, otel çevresi , hemen karşısında bulunan park çok hoştu.
Konumu çevre olarak çok güzeldi ama biraz uzak. 4 nolu tramvay ile kolayca gidip geliniyor yine de tabi ekstra maliyet yaratıyor

Hotel room was clean, there was an on site shop which was very handy. We were kindly given an upgrade on our room and it was incredibly spacious. Staff were kind and always happy to help
The service at the coffee shop was slow and we were told one day to come back later if we wanted to order. There needs to be more staff during the busy periods as its not run very efficiently but the staff that were there managed it as best as they could.
Otelin ücretli otoparkı mevcut ve boş yer bulma sıkıntısı yok. Amsterdamda genel olarak otopark ücretleri yüksek olduğu için biz otele aracımızı bıraktıktan sonra otele yürüme mesafesindeki metro 52 europaplein istasyonundan dam meydanı gibi merkezi gezilecek yerlere metroyla rahatlıkla ulaşabildik. Odalar çocuklu aileler için konforlu ve temizdir. Resepsiyonda Osman bey çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Amsterdama araçla veya araçsız olarak bir daha gelsem yine bu otelde konaklardım.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal! Schneller Check In! Es war ruhig und die Betten waren sehr bequem! Die Aussicht war auch sehr schön :) Gerne wieder!
