Good but it could have been better
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The reception met us well and they were very kind. The location of the hotel is near the tram stop. You can go city centre by tram 4 and it takes 25 minutes. So we like the location, cleaning and reception services.

Cons:

We booked the room with breakfast and dinner together. So we have a half board rez. The first evening when we went to dinner hall, we asked for our meals and the person who worked that day acted like we were asking something that we didn’t have right. Then he asked his boss what to do. The manner we confronted was a bit rude and we were dissappointed about the time we spent there. I think the restaurant shoul have a menu card for half board reservations. Because they give the information just verbally and if you are unfamiliar to the meals it is hard to understand. Also other hotels have menu and alternatives for half board customers. But the other days we enjoyed the dinner very much, because Ms. Ivelinka was there, helped us a lot. She was so kind and did her job very professionally.
