Cleanliness needs more attention, I would rate it a 7.5, the room is generally clean but there are spots in the room and bathroom that werent clean. For the price you'd èxpect differently

Gym was good size with good equipment
Location was a bit far from the city centre and the room facilities were limited. No USB charger in room, toiletries were lacking, no drinks in the mini fridge, coffee machine didn’t work well
Tout était très bien, notamment la salle de sport
Dommage que l'heure du petit déjeuner soit décalée la semaine, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter le lundi
